I never get mad about the Giants anymore. They have been so bad, and have made so many ridiculous decisions, over the last decade that I am immune to them. I enjoy and look forward to watching them play...then I move on. Should everyone be fired? Of course. but what then? What are our options? They seem limited given the mess that this organization has become. I fear it might be a while until we are even relevant. Some things just have to be accepted soberly. I don't think I'm pissed off because we lost.....again. I'm pissed off at just how embarrassing they have become. Well the way I look at it is that it's easy to be fans of a good team. I lived with Pats fans for almost two decades during the Tom Brady era. Spoiled crappy fans. many are Tampa fans now. they suck. It's a lot harder to be a fan of a bad team. When we won the SB after the '86 season, it just made it that much sweeter after enduring my first 15 years as a Giants fan starting in '67.

In the "you can't make this stuff up" category: "The Giants surrendered a touchdown to Miami with :26 left in the half. That came on a 14-play, 89-yard drive — Miami’s best of the day. The Giants have been outscored an incredible 52-0 in the final two minutes of the first half this season. How that happens I have no idea." "At the end of the third quarter, the Giants had a series that went like this: 13-yard sack (thanks, Will Hernandez!), timeout to avoid a delay of game because they couldn’t get their personnel right, 7-yard sack, delay of game penalty that left them with third-and-33 at their own 4-yard line." www.bigblueview.com/2021/12/5/22819003/giants-vs-dolphins-things-i-think-winners-losers-mike-glennon-dsaquon-barkley-analysis****!!!!!! Here we go. I'm pissed off again!!!! "Former WFAN host Mike Francesa tweeted: “Giants lose 20-9, can’t find the end zone and Joe Judge is ‘pleased.’ At the podium he looks and sounds like a babbling fool." Like him or hate him, he's right.

The thing that pisses me off, is I don't see a cure in sight. I can handle a few bumbling stumbling years as long as we see a legit sturdy plan to turn it around. I dont see that here. I mean, we won 4 SBs in my life time. Most teams cant say that. Most struggle for 1. But even firing Gettleman, if they hire Abrams, they are strapped for next year or 2. Its not going to get better. They have to build from the ground once again and create a foundation. All those damn draft picks in the top 6 are wasted. These 2 in 2022 have to be huge. They have to be 2 Allpro caliber players to get us off the ground again. And Im not tlaking a flashy RB or TE. Get the big bad ass football players.

I've already wrote how annoyed I was at the beginning of the year that we couldn't score more than 2 TD's a game. And the last 2 games I've been on a number of threads complaining about only scoring 1 TD a game. And in those games we needed a trick play of a TD pass to a OL. And the other was a TD pass to a gutsy TE who I had never heard of that played above and beyond anybodys expectations.
Well today our game mvp Graham Gano scored our only points. We couldn't even score 1 TD. I don't think we can go much lower on offense. Whats next just giving up defensive TD's while the offense is still on the field while not scoring TD's.

When the right side of your OL gets knocked backward on every running play (unless Solder whiffs) and your RB runs into them before just falling down and the HC continues to run that play time after time through the entire first half..........you've got what we are enduring now.
This is as bad as it has ever been perhaps worse.

The team doesn't have to win but it is really hard to root when the owner is incapable of seeing the problem staring at him in the mirror. Without fixing that, it is hard to rationalize that "we'll just wait until the winning returns." This is not how the great teams are run.

I keep saying it, Dave Gettleman is the worst GM this team has ever had. Prove me wrong with facts. Lol more resources than just about any GM in team history too. And yet he took a bad team and somehow made it a horrible team - for the foreseeable future too.
