#1 problem is this organization sucks! Their entire system is a disgrace and to try to fix it with a band aid approach again is insanity. CEO Mara does not have the brains to figure out his problem which is his decision making. Next year will suck and the year after that. Welcome to the grave yard.

I was/am/ a fan of Judge but at this point in time I wish he would just STFU or if/when he does speak say how shitty his team is and that he is one of the main reasons.
