You have to go into it via the web, it won’t work on the app. When on the web, hover over “My Team” and at the bottom you should see “Choose Keepers”

As we get closer to our keeper deadline, I am reminded that many of us have not participated in a keeper league before so I wanted to get a little thought provoking conversation going to make sure everyone understands the basics of how keeper leagues work. While I have no experience with keeper leagues myself, I'll kick this off with a couple of basic thoughts to get this conversation started...
1. Because everyone gets to keep 2 players, when round one of this year's draft starts, 24 players (many of the top players) will not be there for you to draft. You might think of it as starting a draft in round 3 versus round 1.
2. This is just to illustrate one possibility and is not likely to occur however, if every team but one keeps their QB from last year, the team that doesn't keep a QB will (most likely0 be choosing the12th best QB in the league and might burn an early round pick to do so.
3. I can't remember who said this but one owner said, "I'll probably not keep anyone because my team sucked balls last year." I get the hangover factor but is it highly unlikely that there are not 2 players on your roster, perhaps taken in mid to late rounds in last years draft, that are being taken much higher this year and represent value to you even if they are RB/WR 2 or 3 on your roster. Remember, we start the draft with 24 players already off the board. A good example is a WR or RB who was a rookie last year that you may have taken in the 13th round who didn't play much but has a much bigger opportunity this season. Jahan Dotson might be a good example of this.
For those of you who do have keeper experience, please correct me if I'm wrong or add one or two of your experiences for the first timers. I just want to provide as much info as we can to make sure everyone has a great time this season!

For example, playing with an open hand, I kept Davante Adams because I did not feel I could count on someone ranked that high still being on the board. For the draft, I am thinking through “std” strategies and expecting who is taken early depends a lot on known holes in our lineups, ie taking a QB in round 1 may not be such a bad idea given that we are really in round 3….especially if you don’t have a 2nd round pick, for example

Agreed with the post above. I am certain that every roster has a few guys that can be kept for good value relative to last year’s draft status.
There is definitely strategy that goes into it, but it’s really just an extension of one’s team building philosophies. For example, I was torn between keeping Calvin Ridley for a 16th rounder or Tony Pollard as a 9th rounder. The spread in ADP probably favors Ridley (12-13 round discount as opposed to a 7 round discount for Pollard), but I elected to go with Pollard because I’m not expecting to find significant value in round 9 anyway.
Another consideration I made for that choice was based on the trade market I experienced in this league last year. I don’t know if many or any trades were made last year, and that’s typically a huge part of the way I play. Because of this, I’d rather have as many top prospects as possible since I know this probably won’t change much this year. If this were a heavy trading league, I’d consider rolling the dice with Ridley, targeting another player in round 9, and kicking around packaging the two for a player in that round 1/2 turn ADP.
I would definitely encourage everyone to look hard at their options for their keepers with the end goal of their team in mind. If you had a bad year last year, pick your two best values and go BPA the rest of the way to fill out as needed.

The one thing I really like about FF is that it’s really hard to take any approach as gospel, as things really do change significantly on a year to year basis. So you really have to evolve. One thing that is fairly constant is that rounds 3-6 are typically a crapshoot. Everyone looks good on paper in the 2 dimensional world of roster selection, but we forget the challenges that some players bring, be it through volatility or just red flags surrounding them. Think how hard it was to own DJ Moore, or Diontae Johnson, or Allen Robinson last year. Even Sutton and Jeudy were tough for many periods. And these were all guys that you’d draft and feel really good about your WR2/3 slots. Major strategy shift for me this year is to look at all the players that I found it impossible to try and trade for last year and prioritize them in the mid rounds. In other words, prioritize safer picks, even if I’m a round early on them. I’d rather reach a round early for a QB (even in a lower scoring QB format) than draft another Allen Robinson.

If Yahoo gave you a failing grade, you're good to go in making a playoff run.

The D- grade I was given in one of the drafts was totally worth it.

Congrats to the six teams who survived a challenging season to make the Championship bracket! I don’t remember a season with more injuries to top players in the NFL.
For those teams who have been eliminated, and are playing in the consolation bracket, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WAIVER WIRE! Feel free to pick up players after waivers run tonight.
Thank you and good luck!
