Me I am a big fan of LSU Wide outs. Odell Beckham Jr Ja'Marr Chase Justin Jefferson Charley Hennigan Dwayne Bowe Jarvis Landry DJ Chark Brandon LaFell Eddie Kennison Why I like Nabers And his teammate no is no slouch either. He also will go in the 1st round. Brian Thomas Jr. ( top 15 pick) Agree I'd be happy with Nabers too if they project him to be better - he has all pro traits

I just saw a mock on walterfootball that would have Minnesota trading with us to get up to 6 and take JJ McCarthy In return we get 11 and 23 in the first round (losing 45th pick in the second). This would be an ideal draft scenario in my opinion..... walterfootball.com/draft2024_1.phpOdunze is the WR we've been missing since Plaxico/Hakeem Nicks to an extent - tough catches, end zone throws/fades etc... then we have Hyatt and Robinson to take the top / underneath stuff respectively.. Draft a solid RB in the later rounds or Gray develops and I think we have a potent offense with Waller (hopefully) / Bellinger In this scenario we'd also land a stud in Byron Murphy to replace LW Here's to hoping Giants fans Rome is much more similar to Davante Adams, than Evans. Almost completely different type of players Walterfootball are generally conning people for years now I would be happy with a Davante Adams also

Bwahahaha, hes NOTHING like DaVante. That would be MHJr. He's definitely more in the mold of Evans/Plax, but I dont think hes nearly as good as either. He scares me @6, if he cant get off the line against NFL CBs, hes going to bust. MHJ is nothing like Davante. And Odunze is nothing like Plax/Evans. but you do you do. Fan how you want to fan. Just dont throw shit at the wall hoping it sticks who do you project him to be like ?

Not sure if still true but a couple years ago I read Walterfootball produces the most accurate mock drafts. I used to like Odunze type WRs but then came OBJ. Over the years ive shifted my preference. The 6'0" shifty, speedy, hands catcher with YAC capability are more common. They are easier to replace (type, not level of talent). OBJ really made every teen kid wanna be like him. Now those teens are coming into the NFL in droves But the Mike Evans type receiver is a great target as well. It's the talent level of course. Now I wouldn't be disappointed if we got either Odunze or Nabors in the draft. But I remember how much Plax helped Eli and if everything else is equal I think we all take the bigger guy. It is true every kid was trying to catch the football one handed like OBJ. My 2 grandsons drove me crazy with one handed catches falling backwards. Even in practices of organized football teams. And with the smaller ball they did make some one handed catches like OBJ. They already had the blonde hair Evan types are absolutely valuable. IMO, the Chargers have always prefered those types.

Taking Nabers would complete the hat trick for the 3 stooges from LSU. Route Tree Reuben Randle Diva Doll Headcase OBJ No Effort Today Nabers ( apparently you didn’t watch the bowl game ) No effort to block or run routes - a whopping 3 catches for 27 yards vs Wisconsin. If Harrison is there at #6 grab him if the preferred QB is off the board. Otherwise pass on a WR at 6. Rome had trouble getting separation in the defense weak PAC 12 - how’s that gonna work out for him in the NFL? Again he reminds me of Mike Evans - he finds a way. This was Evans' scouting report coming out: Weaknesses Monotone mover with pedestrian speed -- cannot separate vertically or pull away from the pack. Unsudden acceleration. Stiff hips. Will have to make a living in traffic at the next level -- will struggle to separate vs. quick-twitch NFL cornerbacks. Did not run a full route tree and could require patience learning the nuances of refined route running. Backyard element to his college success His career ended up ok Unsudden speed that sounds like sneaky speed to me which is the best kind!!! Wasn't odunze a punt returner? Not that I want him to be a pro returner but his speed and acceleration are not an issue to me at least

I'm not the person you quoted but I want to answer this question anyway because I think it's fun Marvin Harrison Jr - AJ Green Malik Nabers - Antonio Brown Rome odunze - Larry Fitzgerald

Yeah that is a great comparison, Not Flashy but Consistent, incredible STRONG hands, once his hands is on that ball he is coming down with it regardless of the coverage

Then you factor in who he is as a person and hes a quality pick. The only thing I worry about is seperation at the NFL level. There not a lot of places to put that ball in these highlights when the corner plays man. He has great hands, great size , great catch radius, adequate speed and has a feel for zone coverages. He is not playing against top corners so that is the only knock I have watching these video. Especially with DJ who likes a little room if he is going to send it or else he won't pull the trigger. To me he is between Alshon Jeffery and Larry Fitzgerald as far as floor and ceiling. So still a good pick.

This generations Mike Evans???....lol Is this a different generation than Megatron? To be fair I don't think anyone is ever allowed to be compared to Megatron. That dude was one of a kind. Just a completely different beast than any other WR. And sadly, even with a top QB...won jack ...well, they did go 39-48.

Even Dan Marino, one of the greatest QBs ever, couldn't lift his team to a SB.

Looks like Daboll didn't waste any time and struck up a conversation with Odunze at Washington's pro day.

Looks like Daboll didn't waste any time and struck up a conversation with Odunze at Washington's pro day. Im sure they love him --- he has the DNA they covet for THEIR draft picks. Lets be fair however, Daboll had Nabors laughing at dinner, McCarthy going over plays, and soon the same with Maye. This is a different GM/HC , they are doing their due dilligence and unlike the last GM/HC will be prepared for any trades in front of them.
