So here is a list of all the new Giants so far. From that list, which one will make a bigger impact than is generally anticipated? Not who will have the biggest, but which one will surprise this year in your opinion?

We better hope it's Burns.

We better hope it's Burns. Yeah, but Burns is expected to be a large contributor. The dude needs to lead the league in pressures and sacks to really be a surprise contributor.

I think...HOPE Runyun next to Andrew Thomas will finally Stabilizing things on that Left Side of the Line and I think Eluemunor will prove to be a good pick up especially of Neal Struggles at Right Tackle and he has to kick outside to Right Tackle and take over from Neal
But I think Singletary will end up being a very good pickup and probably the most impactful on Offense

Lock. He’s going to end up being our starter day-1 and Dabs is going to make him look like he belongs in the NFL.

I like Eluminore he has worked his tale off to become a legit G/T where as a tackle he can play left or right think him at RG can help stabilize Neal he can tutor him and see things from his vantage point if not he can slide in for Neal at RT.

Think Lock is gonna be good if he does get a shot he was lazy about learning the offenses from college to the pro's his dad in an interview kind of con firmed that, it seems he is putting more into knowing the offense and being a better processor.

if Burns plays better then anticipated, our defense could be pretty mean. It will really help Thibs big time...

I was torn between Runyan and Singletary as expectations seem to be lower than they should be. I chose Singletary as he is replacing Barkley therefore has pretty big shoes to fill

Singletary isn't "replacing" Barkley he's part of a committee that is replacing Barkley. We can't be that short-sighted now can we?

My vote was Jack Stoll, I think he's gonna be huge for the development of the OL. Hell of a blocker

Manhertz is a better blocker than Stoll, but Stoll offers a bit more receiving.

Me, I like Tyree Jackson. He is big. He has a large catch window. He can move guys out of the way in the run game.
He also can throw the ball down field. (gadget play)

Concerned is probably the better word. No. I fully believe this to be the reaction: I'd bet 99.9% of Giants fans expect to see DJ play when he's healthy. He has to for Schoen to save face. I also bet more than 50% of those same fans, including myself, expect DJ to cost the Giants an additional $23 million in 2025, when he sucks, then gets hurt, this year.

From a pure financial/headache standpoint, once Jones passes his physical and is deemed "ready to play", the Giants should either cut him or let him sit on the bench for the season then cut him. In a thread a while back, I believe it was shown the cap hits won't change and this would avoid the injury part of the contract.

Many of the guys brought in are anticipated to start and play significant roles.
For me the unanticipated guy is Drew Lock. Jones is not a lock to start the whole year for several reasons.
I think Singletary will be a 1000+ yards from scrimmage guy
