Unlike you, I still have respect for what he did for this franchise. You spew Eli hate...non-stop negativity over and over in your endless posts. See this is what's wrong with a lot of stuff that happens on this board. You're lashing out in anger right now. And by doing so you (and you're not singled out in this case by any means) just completely make up whatever story you need to in order to feel justified in your insults. Misrepresentation and completely fabricating other posters' opinions and posts runs rampant here. As much as you want to believe what you wrote above, it's simply not true. I've praised Eli for all his accomplishments. I still have respect for what he has done for this franchise. I've posted such things dozens and dozens of times. Yet, if I point out poor plays of his that are costly.... the above reaction is what's thrown out a lot. So do this community a favor. Take the time to actually learn about its members. Don't be so reactionary and try to remember what one says. And please don't misrepresent it or completely twist it/make things up. Most people don't realize how he carried the entire 2011 regular season team on his back. That was an unreal season from a QB. Then of course the ensuing stellar SB run. And his 2007 SB run was nothing short of near-perfection also. I read all your posts so I’m not playing this game with you. Every Giant fan knows Eli has been done for a while and is clearly a placeholder. Sad end to a great career. What so many here don’t think about when they endlessly trash Eli is that it’s equally possible the Giants draft another Kanell, Graham or Palmer as it is they find the next Drew Breese. At some point, Eli will be apreciated for his 15 year contribution to this franchise. Continuing to bash him every week is like beating an abused dog. It’s totally unnecessary.
