I think he's really underrated when you look at his career, his accomplishments, the way he played, and the cardinals teams he played on; which I assume weren't very good at all. Probably not a HOF worthy player though. I would say he's a borderline HOF type of player. I feel that if he was inducted then Tiki definitely needs to be inducted as well. I really appreciated O J Anderson even before us, when he was with the Cards. I think OJ misses out and I for one certainly hope Tiki doesn't get in either imho.

I think Tiki Barber is closer to a HOFer. More yards in less seasons, multiple seasons with MVP stats, more yards per carry, more receptions. OJ had a great career but never reached the heights of Tiki on an individual level imo. OJ had a couple very good seasons with the Cardinals and then turned into a guy you would hope to get 3 yards to move the chains.

When OJ first came into the league, he was a much different back than he was with the Giants. He had breakaway speed. That famous play of him in the SB winding up and delivering a forearm to Kelso wouldn't have happen when he came into the league. Back then, when he got into the open, he was gone. His best year was his rookie year. I say 1989 was his best year...Scoring > Yardage
