I understand your point but I'm going to have to disagree. The key argument made against drafting one of these QB's is that none of them is worth drafting. In other words, not of them were any good.
If that argument is proven to be false, then that discredits it.
i would argue none them are real franchise QBs. My guess is that you will be wrong at least as to one guy we could have drafted and maybe more. I guess we’ll all have to wait and see though ....

I say one statistically, even know I can't stand him. Mayfield has the best chance. He has 70% chance After the first Qb is off the board the number falls to 50% of 70% or 35% chance. For 3 Qbs to come out of one draft It drops to 2% (once every 20 years) After the first round a Qb has only 2% chance of being a franchise QB. The odds are against most of them. It is not only the QB that factors in , Team around him , Coaching , Injuries, Franchise stability and system he is in all are contributing factors to his success or lack of.

I really doubt any of the QBs start beyond their first contract let alone 10+ years like a real franchise QB.

i would argue none them are real franchise QBs. I don’t know. The bar for franchise QB isn’t terribly high.

Which QBs do you consider the franchise QBs? minus the usual suspects (brady, rogers, etc...), I dig Mahommes, Watson, I think Alex Smith gets a bad rap, Cousins would have been treated better anywhere else but Washington. Pretenders? Wentz (reminds me of the Dalton hype), Dak, Winston, Marriota (i love my islanders so Im holding out hope for him).
