Kind of meaningless he’s not playing until October. I’d rather more reps for the guys taking the field from the jump.

I'm very interested in watching some of the new guys develop. Guys like Fowler, Russell, Latimer and Slayton have the potential to develop into very good WR's.

Someone will seize the opportunity. Latimer can be a big play guy. I don’t expect a lot of catches, but he could give us a couple 20+ yarders and the occasional HR.

His career might be toast. Suspended for PEDs and now concussions. How much we have tied up into this guy? from the suspension he loses about 4 or 5 mill next year on Guaranteed side and the following year he can be cut on the cheap ad 5 mill on to next years cap.

Too much money imo. Look at the structure. For a player of Tates quality that is the going rate. They structured it to be able to walk away after year 3 and as I said he loses about half next year do to the suspension.

My problem with Latimer is his career is the equivalent to an anual severe case of blue balls and this goes back to Denver.. Makes a few plays...disappears for a chunk of games..more flashes Me thinks what we saw last year is what he is,we get a few good games and then a chunk of games on the stationary bike on the sidelines because of a pull or something.. His skillsets scream 80 catches for 1250 yards a year and yet we are on what, year 5? Nothing

Too much money imo. Just to get it straight Ficus lol Tate can be cut after next year with a 2.5 hit. Next year he will lose close to 5mill of his salary do to this suspension I believe it is part of his guaranteed cash, so the Giants should have an extra 4.5 mill or more added to the cap.Expensive suspension.

Tate is basicly a high end stop gap if you think about it.They needed to get some sort of vet in here after the trade and he also has played in a form of the system we run his entire career everywhere he has been, which is why he had instant chemistry with both Eli and Jones. It also allowed the team to not be shopping hungry come draft weekend so they could do the things they did. I always thought Tate would be a 2 year and done guy here (which is why I was looking at guys like Mclaurin, ect this year in the draft)

Might, being the key word here. A 31 year old physical slot WR with concussion problems and failed PED test. Not very promising.

Concussion protocol? I guess when his lame excuse didn’t work he banged his head against the wall. It all makes sense..

Once the suspension is lifted he will begin to steal I mean earn his pay check..

We need him. Don't rush him through the protocol. Bring him back around week 5.

bears game showed me we have something with some of the kids, there were some great catches, ball protection, speed. im not arguing we dont need a #1 guy, but perhaps that kind of guy will rise out of the young core of dudes

I saw something from Joel Correy I believe that he loses 4 and change million out of that suspension next year.
