71 rating 2 fumbles 2 INT's Those are the games from Eli that you say the D won...and the Bills D certainly stopped the Jet's from capitalizing on the many, many turnovers from Allen. And I am not saying he's bad, but the idea that he's already a franchise QB is a bit much for me, but hey...he's not named Eli, and that's good enough for you. PS 54% complete so far. Idk about franchise but I'd trade all the QBs on our roster for him now. Thats what I know. Why would you be convinced that Allen is better than Jones?

4 4th qrt game winning drives in only 12 starts . he has it , dont listen to fans saying he is a bad qb, they just want the Saquan pic to look better(which he is a great player no doubt) they want to make it seem there was no other QB to take, not even close to true , there may be 4 franchise qb's in that draft. 71 rating 2 fumbles 2 INT's Those are the games from Eli that you say the D won...and the Bills D certainly stopped the Jet's from capitalizing on the many, many turnovers from Allen. I dont know if he can or will win a big one, but he has the skills imo.

I do know that you would say the D carried the team and that the QB put his team in a hole with the turnovers if his name was Manning.

First of all, I agree with 99% of what you say. But Baker was. Lock down corner in college, and he missed a lot of the preseason. He is going to take some lumps getting up to speed with NFL receivers, but you have to admit, he wasn’t far off in coverage and the throws were perfect on a couple of those plays. And we used to have a really short corner named Mark Collins that was a real baller! Oh man Mark Collins. I loved that guy. Collins use to go on Jerry Rice one on one. Parcells double teamed Owens or whoever the other wideout was and took him out of the game.
Rice said in an interview that no one guarded him tougher than mark Collins. Made me smile by just mentioning him, Thanks.

You clearly don’t watch much football. forgive me but you have been 90 percent wrong on your view of football Then I guess I fit right in here.

Jones is not chop meat! He's not and I am not sure why the Giants aren't starting him right now. This team is not going anywhere anytime soon. If it were up to me, I would have rolled with Jones. Just because Manning is making a fortune, that doesn't mean you have to play him. He is one loss away from being .500 in his career. Taking lumps for a rebuilding team IMO is bad for his legacy. I agree, you don't rebuild with a QB whose best games are behind him...

If they lose to Buffalo that’s not ugly it’d be reality it’s to play Jones and be prepping for the future while trying to compete now.
If they lose to the Bills it’s time to turn the page. That’d be 8-26 over the last 3 years, 8-26 leaves no reason to think this would turn around to continue putting Eli out there.

nypost.com/2019/09/11/sterling-shepard-takes-encouraging-steps-toward-giants-return/Sterling Shepard was on the field when Giants practice began Wednesday in the bright sunshine. He caught a few passes while getting loose with teammates and did a little skipping and dancing as he trotted off to the side to ride the stationary bicycle. Later, Shepard did some light jogging on one field while the Giants were working on an adjacent field. There are all positive signs for Shepard, the No. 1 receiver on the team. Shepard is in the concussion protocol and will be monitored closely all week. That he was able to do this much activity this early in the week is encouraging as far as the possibility he is cleared in time to play Sunday in the MetLife Stadium opener against the Bills.

The Bill should've lost by multiple touchdowns Sunday and the Jets are not exactly a good team at the moment. Josh Allen is not a good QB. Apparently, a good QB is not required to torch our defense (see Prescott, Dak).

Avoids Thursday night game with Pats and gives him 10 days to prepare for Cardinals at home.
My guess is that we will be going into that game at 2-4.

I agree this would be the perfect time, He would get plenty of time on the sideline to see things clearer. However will the Giants FO pull that trigger ? IDK about that, we shall see.

I'd trade all of our QBs right now for him lol delusional homers, "he is not a good QB " The kid is young and very talented, give him our oline and a stud RB and TE, he would flourish here. Now Josh Allen sucks??? SMH. He's a very fine QB and tough as nails too.

I can check the game day thread, but did you say he wouldn't get in last week because the Freemasons would not allow it?
