For what its worth lol. This division is a mess and up for grabs. Are the Egirls and Cowgirls really that much better than the Giants? I don't think so.
If the Giants get healthy on offense there is no reason they can't win this division. Scoff if you will, and I am sure some of you will, but it's not like it's some monumental task.

I agree 100%. So many flawed teams out there. Anything is possible.

Lol I'm not saying we are winning the SB, but look at the NFC, who really scares you? SF and NO look pretty good but other than that nobody is unbeatable, not even those teams.

All depends on how healthy this team can stay in these last 10 games. If they do, they have to set a goal of going 7-3 the rest of the way. 9-7 might be enough to win the NFC Least this yr.

There are no more excuses about the roster, and free passes when you're a game out of first and the division leader just got kicked in the head by the Jets.
We're going to find out right now what kind of coach Shurmer is.

Eagles and Cowboys aren't going anywhere this year. 10 wins probably gets the division but let's all just settle down and realize we are about a 6 or 7 win team this year and the focus right now is purely developmental

The Giants as a team need to get the mind set that they are circled on every teams calendar as a win they need to take it to hart and play with a chip on their shoulder, there are no easy games for them.

Imagine that Dallas , Philly, KC, and Rams are all reeling. I had a feeling about the West the Niners have been plugging away for a while now buchner and armstead have took some time but have developed into fine players Niners are back, they need the Giants to follow suit. Blast from the past.

I'm not scoffing and if NYG doesn't get energized by the opportunity then they don't deserve to be in the uniforms. I love the spirit they played with last Thurs. Lets see what the coaches can do with them. I want exciting games late in the season.

We need to sweep the skins, and split the eagles and cowboys. Then maybe we have a chance.

Philly is getting corners back and will likely deal for a corner.
Niners, Saints, packers all legit. Vikings getting on track.

I love it when the cowboys lose! Especially because they are always picked to go all the way by so many talking heads!

We should root for eagles vs cowboys next week, as we are effectively 1 & 1/2 behind cowboys since they beat us opening day.

Please look at the Cowboys schedule and Eagles schedule. They both might be in serious trouble.

I think Dallas has best overall talent, but a mediocre coach and QB. Eagles have best coach but missing talent in some key positions. Giants talent when healthy would make them competitive but imo the HC is weakest of the 3 teams. That's why I don't get too excited about being 1 out. Still one can dream.

the next game is vs the Cards. Let’s see what they do. Cards and Murray did well today. I realize the Falcons D stinks but Murray looked pretty good.

Well it’s Columbus Day and they’re not mathematically eliminated so that’s a welcome sight compared to the last two years.
They’re not good but Philly and Dallas are playing poorly so at least Giant games can mean something going into November.
If you look at Dallas’ schedule, they got their work cut out for them. And Philly does too.
If the Giants can get to 500 they might find themselves tied for the division lead.
No joke. Look at the respective schedules of the teams in the NFCE.

There are no easy games for this team they haven't earned the right to look down on anyone, if they sleep on the cards thinking they got a win they will get their @$$ handed to them, they need to come out with their hair on fire.

If things come together they'll probably battle for the division, but fall a little short, but we'll have reason to believe in next year's possibilities.
I mean they're 2 wins and 4 losses now, with some tough games down the stretch. It's a lot to expect 7-3 the rest of the way. Not impossible though, they've shown enough to offer some hope that things are coming together.
Dave's building this team the right way, but it does take some time.

It’s as simple as this thread’s headline + a winnable game up next....no reason to look beyond that. You can only control what’s in front of you. One game at a time.
