Well which one is it, he is too shy or he got in trouble with his wife? 2 completely different answers. Also, that's what he is thinking about after hitting his Joe Carter?

Meeting and talking to people is not enough. I know people who are friendly with a minority that they personally know from work, yet support policies that hurt minorities. Of course....using life experiences to inform you is far less effective than watching TV.
Good one Bronxy.
So your life lessons of meeting people taught you to blindly defend something or someone you like or love regardless of how obvious it is that you are wrong? you sound like my wife.

If it’s because he got in trouble from his wife for celebrating and taking his shirt off and he listened to her on that then he is guilty of being a pussy.

I just listened to the Mets press conference. The infractions that cause the dismissal occurred in 2017. The drum beating was occurring this past season also. From what press conference was conveying MLB is not finished with player involvement and knowledge of it. I don't think you understand...he wasn't on the team when this happened. He was in Pittsburgh. It was happing this year Go look at YouTube. The can was being beat.

The Yankees should do the right thing and nullify Coles contract. Not being a hitter and turning a blind eye to it, is not is not exoneration to his behavior. BWWWWWAAAAAAAAA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!! he was in the dugout this year while it was happening. You can say what you want but MLB is done.

What about Garret Cole? He was apart of that cheating sandal. The Yankees now have their hands dirty as well in it. Cole should be suspended for his knowledge of it. Anyone in the dugout while that drum was being used is just a guilty as the drum beater. They all should be held to the same standard as Beltran the player. So he's going to rat on his own teammates? Would you? Beltran didn't and paid the price. As I said When Beltran was implicated as a player that had knowledge of it. That is all he was suggested to have done. That Genie was let out of the bottle.

He likely "stepped down" because the Mets asked him to because they dont want to be in the middle of this whole thing. I dont believe he should have been shit canned. Obviously he was a player at the time and not a manager. I thought he'd give a press conference, come clean, and that would be the end of it. I like Carlos.

Not only fans but betting agency's , odds makers are going to want answers . MLB is not done. Bing privy to cheating ( knowing it went on) like this is worse than Pete Rose being banned for life for betting on his team. Every player on the Astro knowing and allowing the integrity of the game to be compromised cost millions in bogus bets that were supposed to be fair. This ain't finished. IMO: this is just stating. it should have stopped at the managerial level. Thy should have let the player involvement giant sleep.

Yeah, we are narrow minded... Its obvious why the Mets let him go You can believe what you want. This is not over.I hope not. I want to see more punishment on the players and them stripped of their accomplishments. Rings and MVPs. Still has ZERO to do with Cole though.

Still has ZERO to do with Cole though. There is video tape of the cheating this past season . It was not a one and done season . This was going on for years. I won't be suppressed if MLB is not sued into oblivion. Every person, casino, odds makers , online betting company that made wagers. All I suspect will go after losses due to rigged games. Why I believe MLB will have no choice but to make everyone involved ( just knowing about it) fall.

If the NFL can survive the Patriots getting hit with cheating scandal after cheating scandal while being a championship dynasty for 20ish years, Im sure MLB can survive this. If there is more to the story it will get swept under the rug. We all should know this. Nothing will come out of 2019 because MLB doesnt want it to. Damage control. Personally, I think they only focused on 2017 with the Astros because they won it all. And 2018 same with the RS. If the Astros won it all again in 2019, it might be different. MLB wants this gone as quick as possible, which is why they will not investigate the buzzers. All of this, still doesnt involve Cole.

I think for MLB's self preservation. The hammer is going to fall on all the players that knew about it. as it did 100 years ago. I think the betting industry alone is going to keep this from being swept from under the rug.

he was in the dugout this year while it was happening. You can say what you want but MLB is done. Beltran spent plenty of time in the Yankee dugout post Houston. Does MLB need to open an investigation into every team that these guys worked for over the past five years? That's why I think they'll never pursue the players on this, too messy.

As the Mets are one of the 30 teams that form MLB (owner) . They are admitting the players also should be held accountable. The reasoning is irreverent. The only thing that is. He was a player at that time knew about it. If he knew about than all in the dugout while the infractions were being perpetrated are not exempt. I use Cole as a reference because he just received a huge contract. So he inherits a big X on his back for being in the dugout. It should have stopped at management. As Sarcasm said it is a mess right now.

From now on I'm calling it, Enron Field. As for drinking orange juice, F Minute Maid. I'm drinking Tropicana!!

Knicks over Nets and unfortunately Rangers over Islanders.
