If we win this, we are going to see Snell, Glasnow, and Fairbanks without question. Glasnow? 2 days rest? Maybe an inning. All hands on deck! Yankees suck! They're going to throw everything that they can at us tomorrow. I hope that we will be ready

Probably just an inning or so but man, on 2 days rest. Cole gets the bump for the Yanks. Cole sucks. So does DJL, Judge, Voit, Stanton, Gleyber and Hicks. Gardner and Higgy suck too. And the bullpen. Suck!

I hope that we will be ready Green, Britton, and chapman were dominant with 5 shutout innings. Even monty had a very strong outing only giving up 1. We shined when we had to.

The only issue I had, which really isnt a issue, was why they pulled Britton with 1 out left in the inning. Just seemed odd to me.

Just seemed odd to me. Thats the nerd ball. Matchups. They liked Chap vs the hitter more than Britton vs the hitter. I understand analytics in baseball, but there is a time when you throw it out the window. Britton was dealing. Its just a good thing Chapman also is locked in right now.

I had big expectations from him when he broke through in 2016. That month he played was electric. Something like 20 HRs in 24 games...

But you've seen enough baseball, to understand what complete teams usually have behind the plate that takes them that extra step further. I know Cashman loves his DH quality position players, but Sanchez isn't even of use for that.

He is a liability at catcher and only hits the ball when a pitcher either hangs a pitch or misses a spot. I would not play him today.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself but how cool would it be to exorcise both demons and get thru rays and astros this post season? Anyway ...

NY Yankees legend Whitey Ford passed away. He was 91 years old. If any time the Yankees need a win, tonight’s the night. Hopefully Cole will have a Ford like night for the Yankees

Two of the outs that inning came on 3-0 pitches that they swung at. Make him work. He is on two days rest!

Cole is en fuego!!
I know anderson has scary era, but DJ got good wood on him last at bat. 2nd baseman made a nice play. Still we needed that last inning from Cole, to hang with anderson this early.

I know doesn't feel like but Cole no-hit thru 4. At 79 pitch count do they bring him to start 5th?

That will be it for Cole. Up until that HR that's best performance I can recall from a Yankee pitcher in I don't know how long. Still 5 full innings of 1 run ball on 3 days rest all you can ask. Come on offense !!

Don't like this Cole coming out for 6th. Seems like perfect time for green who was part of trio dominated them last night. Hope I'm wrong
