Do they bow out together? Who is more likely to retire? Who is more likely to play for another team? Will either remain on their current team?
Predictions?
I think they go on a combined family vacation and have some laughs while admiring their respective retirement accounts...

I think Eli is done. He won't play backup, so that excludes him from staying put, and if you look at the other FA QB's, I don't see him getting a chance to start anywhere else. My guess is that he realizes this after some reflection and retires gracefully.
I think Brady more likely signs with the Pats, here are my #'s: If the Pats show him the love he desires, I think he signs a new contract with them (70% chance). If not, with his ego/pride, I could see him singing with another team though, just to show everyone it was him, not Bill B (5% chance). Otherwise he retires (25% chance)

Otherwise he retires (25% chance) I agree on Manning and I think it is very obviously true for all the current QBs > 35. I think those with great teams may stick around another year or so to ride out that wave, no point in starting over with a young’un under those circumstances but that’s about it. And really, that’s just Brees and Rodgers (and Brady with Belichick) at this point. And even Rodgers is on his last roundup. They’ve got the top 10 D, OL and running game so this year and maybe one more potential run but that window is closing fast. I wouldn’t begrudge Brady going to another team to try to prove what you indicate in your post but I don’t think it’s a good idea nor that he will, for a number of reasons. Firstly, he would need to walk into a team situation where either the HC was Belichick or the team was already set for a deep playoff run. I can’t think of any teams that fit that description nor any team that outside of those circumstances, would want an old QB. Other than the Patriots if Belichick stays obviously.

Brady will re-sign with the Pats. Did you see Brady hug Kraft before the game yesterday? They love him.
The entire conversation about him going elsewhere is nonsense.
He will re-sign for a reasonable amount for a year with option years most likely.
Belichick is also going nowhere.

I also think if Eli wants to play still then there's a few teams where he could start that is Super Bowl ready like the Bears for example. My guess is that Eli retires.

Brady will sign for the same terms he always signs for with most of the money paid to TB12 outside of the salary cap. That way some moron still gets to claim Brady's a better human being for not taking a paycut but creating a framework that makes it look like he did.

The Bears would be the only destination that might make sense for either him or Rivers (similar situation, noticeably deteriorating and a free agent)

The only option for Eli besides retiring is if Brady walks and Belichick signs Eli to a one year contract. I don’t see any other landing spot.
