Has anyone watched the new episode where skip and Shannon debate the giants new HC pick. It quickly turns into a racial mess. And skip starts it, we’re all human people. Doesn’t matter what color we are, it’s so tiring how the media constantly makes issues out of race. I’m just boiling over it. Just watch the episode on YouTube and you will see. This is the first time I’m hearing anything like this and it’s stupid. They are screwing up sports. Can’t even watch this without hearing bullshit. If someone wants to coach, they coach. Who placed specifics on skin color? Tired of this bullshit everywhere.

I don’t care if you’re white, black, blue or whatever. If you can do the job and do it well you deserve the job. When people use race for any reason it’s usually because they don’t understand the reason for decisions.
And who brought race into the discussion? Was it Shannon Sharpe? What do you expect from a guy who’s related to Mister Ed

I believe he is....but Messianic Judaism is a modern syncretic religious movement that combines Christianity—most importantly, the belief that Jesus is the Jewish messiah—with elements of Judaism and Jewish tradition. It emerged in the 1960s and 1970s.

That's absolutely absurd. How many wealthy black men are involved in sports? And they're wealthier than coaches. Black people are absolutely worshipped in our country to the point that white kids try to be black. This isn't 1843, 1943 or even 1963. Race relations are as good as they will ever get and the reality is the more they keep injecting race conflict where there isn't any is literally creating racial tension and dividing our country; which is actually the agenda by the wealthy powers that be such as George Soros. Stephen and Sharpe are just a bunch of wealthy puppets talking out of their asses. Even police brutality, while a legitimate issue, is not a race issue, it effects all races, it has everything to do with gov't policy militarizing police and the war on drugs giving them the initial excuse to train the police to treat the people they're supposed to serve as vermin. You have half the country willing to stop watching the nfl if a black man kneels for police brutality. while i agree with some of what you are saying but its not there yet . only 3 African Americans as HC's in the NFL. Maybe it's because most of them would suck as HC's? And people boycotted because 1. they worship the military no matter what they do, 2. they worship the flag, and 3. Colin is full of shit as he was a very privileged child growing up who hasn't felt any oppression....he lost his starting job because he didn't grow as a passer and played the race card to try and get his way.....I also consider (with how things are politically on this planet) the possibility that a very influential person had him do the whole kneeling fiasco just to stir up controversy. But anyway, A lot of people thought Kap was absolutely full of shit upon researching his past and that the issues he highlighted weren't caused by racism even if some actors were racist in the moment (such as certain cops).

And on cue, Stephen A accused the Giants of being racist for not hiring Bienemy. Said the way Judge was hired would never happen to black people. Called the Rhooney rule a joke The Rooney rule is a joke. It forces teams to do obligatory interviews with candidates that they have zero interest in hiring. It’s an embarrassing waste of time for everyone involved I don’t disagree but it’s more the fact that Stephen A is accusing the Giants if making a mockery of the rule so he believes the rule is both legit and necessary otherwise it wouldn’t be possible to make a mockery of if it wasn’t in his view. From the info I gathered about bienemy he is too much of a players coach and would want to be friends with them. Def not the type of coach this team needs. I get his gripe about taking Jones over Haskins, although looks like he was wrong, this is more if an accusing that correlates to management choices and in that regard he is pointing the finger at a team who had a black gm for 10 years. So I guess every choice when there’s a black name involved is going to be scrutinized as racially motivated if the optics don’t meet the strict approval of people like him. It kind of reminds me of the people who balk at the oscars when no black names are nominated or are more pleased with a terrible movie so long as their own group is made to appear heroic

Krunch. It was totally skip. He said it and kept going back to it I’m confused. So the white guy who is well known for being a tool brought race into the discussion regarding the Giants hiring of Joe Judge? The amount of stupidity in that makes my head hurt. I knew Skip was a clown and deserves ridicule for everything he says especially asking people to call him “Skip” but race has nothing to do with any of this. If someone would have told me that one of those two brought race into the conversation I would have bet money it would have been the horse face Sharpe.

You are saying most African Americans would suck at being a hc while trying to convince me racism is made up? Lol yes I am, just as most white people would suck. I mean they obviously weren't the best candidates at that time. And where did I say racism was made up? you're obviously missing my point. I'm saying race is not the root cause for police militarization or most of the problems Kaepernick cited as his reasons for kneeling, the surveillance state and the dwindling of freedoms effect every single one of us.
Your opinion as to why more black men aren't HCs in the league at this very moment is wrong. Why would that be the case when they pay their football players more and in most cases black men are the faces of their franchises? For instance Barkley is clearly one of the faces of the Giants franchise, just as Cruz was, Pierre Paul, Strahan, LT, Osi Umenyiora, Justin Tuck, Tiki Barber, Plaxico Burress, Hakeem NIcks, etc...sports are dominated by black people regardless of who the coach is and without black people they would be vastly different and not in a better way. If you're racist then you would suppress black people across the board...my point was obviously black people were not the right candidates for those HC positions...just as most White people, hispanics, jews and asians weren't the right candidates.

Watch this video and tell me their arguments don't have merit. 75% of the players are Black, but like 90% of the coaches are white. A bunch of guys that sucked as players.

I guess the solution is to force BB to hire minority Coordinators lol . This will in turn produce more minority HC candidates .

Well if it wasnt a part of american history for a long time. maybe it wouldnt be an issue today, when you see more qualified minority oc's and dc's and former hc's passed up it does make one wonder. Of course there is no proof of that i agree. I want, no demand, a Jewish HC! We have a Jewish GM, I think.

I would respectfully suggest that no one watch it. That is the game they are playing and the world would be better off if we all just recognize it for what it is and NOT play along. It is about attracting eyeballs for all of them. That is how they make money. Terribly divisive shit, sadly attracts a lot of eyeballs. Ignore them as I do and we will all live longer with less arbitrary outside driven angst. Love thy neighbors...…...hatred kiils.

Strange to me that the racial topic comes up when the Giants hire their coach but he (Skip) said NOTHING when his Cowboys hired McCarthy.
Look...I won't deny the Bigotry as well as Racial and Cultural Bias in sports that still exist and it is not just from Fans either. It is done subtly within the media daily. With that beings said I do think it is more Good People than Bad People in the world as well as in the NFL as well as with this Giants Organization! I do think....well I would like to believe that often times most hires are made based on Interviews and Resume
I see and hear the chatter from other fans jokingly accusing the Giants organization of being racist and it is mostly because of Mara comment about Kapernick back in 2017. I personally don't think it is true, I doubt Jerry Reese last as long as he did if Mara and this Giants organization was so "Racist".
Could be Culture Disconnection from Generations Particularly with Baby Boomers struggle to understand Millennials and Generation Z. These are issues everybody deal with in their own families as far as trying to understand that younger generation who just seem to do everything so DIFFERENT and seem so Sensitive compared to how we did it
