I'm still in shock. This better work out. This will either be a massive success or a tremendous disaster. you should have just added..."and everything in between"... this way you have it all covered....

I hope they are calling in Wade Phillips for the DC spot. The guy has literally made 3 different D MVPs in the last decade.
Not sure I want Garrett as the OC, not completely against it, just not sure about it. Can we still get Brady from LSU?

Callahan o line coach and running game coordinator (what he was in Dallas) The teams that have the best running attacks for the most part actually have divided the staff into a running game coordinator and passing game coordinator.. This is the modern analytical style offenses have morphed into Modern analytical style offense?!?! What nonsense is that. Do you see the Titans last weekend......nothing analytical about that, they just physically kicked the Patriot’s butt all over the field. You can leave the silly analytics stuff and just get good football players who are tough.....it worked in 1950 and it will work in 2020. Can statistics be used as a tool.....sure.....but to use it as the end-all ends up with teams like the Browns.......perennial losers.

Didn't the Titans QB win that game for them? Surely his 8 completions for 72 yards is the reason they won.

im thinking does a wr/ spteams coach know what he wants or what to look for in a oc and dc? BB said he sat down with him about once a week to talk to him about how to build a program and how to be a head coach.

Itd be nice to have a strong staff around Judge; with shurmur I wasnt aware of any of those guys besides an occasional look at bettcher. I know it doesnt really matter, but did anyone see Shula for one second this season?? lol. hopefully the coordinators are given the space to coordinate; cringeworthy watching shurmur try to figure out his 'plan' behind the menu while the other team was already 4 quarters ahead of us. lets get a unified team on the field, and a unified staff on the sidelines Shula got a paycheck for doing nothing as far as I could see.. I was expecting more help from him.. lol how do you know what shula did? He could have drawn up half the playbook for all you know.

A little crazy but our defense needs some energy and maybe a guy like justin tuck could fire them up, maybe defensive assistant?

If he has the worth a low level assistance job..... no idea but why wouldnt he be i dont see him doing anything big on tv like strahan. It would be nice to have a great giant from the past as an assistant to get in players faces when they quit on a play and make sure everyone is going 100% all the time

have to be flexible though. Cant rely just on a running game. Derrick Henry is also having a banner season Football is the same as it's always been since the 1970s. You have to be able to run the ball and throw the ball. It is very tough to just do one of them and win. Sure offenses change how they get the ball to certain players, but you still must run and pass well to succeed.

We need rex Ryan for our defensive coordinator. Great defensive coordinator. But he’s a Ryan, so that makes him a douche.

Some opponents you attack one aspect more. A balance doesn'talways work

I thought they already backtracked on this. It was that people saw the HC job to interview Garrett and ran with it. Twitter makes everything complicated.

Derrick Henry is also having a banner season Choosing one game to fit his narrative I see..not surprised There is a segment of this fanbase that still can't lose the dogma of wanting to go back and build a team to play am ancient style of football that is not sustainable for winning a championship in this era. You have to build a team to be balanced on both sides of he ball and win in a multiple way of styles these days, because trying to play a style to win 10-6 games blows up in your face if your team gets down by 2 scores and has no firepower and a game manager qb. Yes with this hire it seems we are going in the analytical style,so luckily I feel we will be getting 2 really good coordinators on each side of the ball.. AMD my point about the best running teams having running game coordinators, The 49ers are designing running plays to score from anywhere on the field and have a fleet of fast backs that can go house, all 5 playmakers on the field are a threat to run it (your top modern offenses also feature lots of jet sweeps amd backfield motion)and speed all over the field to threaten every part of the field. Needless to say we did not draft Jones at 6 to be a game manager. Finish building the line, get one more dynamic weapon outside and this offense can be a fun top offense that kicks teams in the nuts in many different ways with the right OC(and paired with a DC that knows how to use the young players we have and any future young players

We need rex Ryan for our defensive coordinator. I would be ok with that. too much of a clown. Too much distraction. he would need a "Just STFU" and coach clause in his contract. ....
