He is looking incredible right now. His versatility is remarkable. Wouldn’t have to worry about not being about to cover TEs week after week lol He missed a tackle on a big catch and could have played burrows long run better at the end of the first half. But I think this game has cemented his spot as a top 10. He does like keeping his jersey clean though. Too often he is standing around a scrimmage rather than helping put someone to the turf. He’s my second favourite Defensive player in the draft so far. And for the reasons you stated it's a horrible reach at 4 or even 5.. I'd rather trade back for Chaisson if you want to get an impact 2nd level player on defense early

Patrick Queen is stealing the show he is all over the place in the run game killing the screen game in the passing game blitzing. I would take him in hart beat.

I've been taking him on the late 3rd in my mocks I wasn't sure where he would go but he seems like he could be a quality 3rd rounder. He can do a lot for a defense think it will depend on how he tests at the undies olympics how he runs for his size looks quick and really versatile doing a lot for that LSU defense .

About two months ago , TV commentator, said Queen ,was the best tackler, on the LSU team. SINCE , then I have keep a eye on him , while watching LSU. He is only 6 feet but not sure how good he is in coverage . I see him as ,a fourth round or fifth round draft pick.

This guy is a top 10 player. Being a horrible reach at 4? At That stage there are maybe a couple of guys on the board that would be rated higher. I’m not saying he is a run to the podium player, but he is worth considering. He has potential to be the best cover linebacker in the league, yes you are giving up some of the typical linebacker traits but you are gaining a lot. This is a linebacker that could shut down Travis Kelce, Zach ertz even an Alvin Kamara. Obviously not your cup of tea but horrible reach is a bit much. It will be interesting to see where the league values his unique skill set come Draft day.

I think we can trade back ( Jacksonville may want to move on a QB) They have 9 and 20. With those 2 picks. We can still get OT and pass rusher. Take a center with our 2nd round pick. Jacksonville has Minshew. I am not convinced he is more than a backup. I think they will want to move up

Jacksonville has Minshew. I am not convinced he is more than a backup. I think they will want to move up ? Not happening. I live down here in their market. The team believes and the fans love him. Besides, he went 6-6 with a bad Jags team. 3,271 yards, 21 TDs and 6 INTs in 12 starts. He was the top rookie QB this year. Kid can play. And they are just going to give up on him and use all their draft capital to move up for another QB like an injured Tua? The question is, can he be humble about it and not go Johnny Manziel on us. He needs to stay focused and progress.

This is like saying Judge doesn't believe in Jones and we will move up for Burrow, on a hunch.

I am not saying that at all . I am saying in most cases the New Fo wants his guy as the QB . I am looking at it from DM point . he need a to be able to win quickly.

Marrone stumbled on his guy after Foles flopped. They arent worried about QB right now. They are worried about OL/WR/DB/DE

Id feel much more comfortable with Burrow going forward than Jones.

He'd be a total reach for anyone in the top 10 picks - maybe top 15.
Out of position to often - needs more strength - he got plastered out of the play numerous time last night. We don't need a skinny LB
No thanks.
I like Wirfs or Jeudy at #4 at this point but that could change - probably will.

Isiah Simmons raised his stock even more if anything
7 Tackles, 2 Tackles For Loses, 1 Sack, 2 Pass Defenses

My thoughts exactly I'd rather wait for one of the LSU lbers day 2 or Dye from Oregon Simmons unfortunately could end up being highlight real splatsfor Zeke Wirfs still hasn't declared...you don't like Thomas?

Simmons is very good football player if you dont think so then you dont know football lol. He converted from safety to linebacker so he has great coverage skills, would be nice having a linebacker that can guard some tightends.

Simmons is a beast and would be an instant upgrade to this defense so im fully expecting Dave to pass on him

He's a physical freak at 6 "3 230 pounds and runs a 4.3 40 yd dash . He played 3 or 4 different positions on the number 2 team in the country .. we have no greater need on this team than someone who can rush the passer as well as cover backs and tight ends .

I'm not saying don't take Offensive line but don't take them at 4.. gettleman has already tied up too many resources trying to fix this line and it's not working .. before gettleman we took flowers with our first pick and it was just another waste of a pick so clearly lineman are just as much boom or bust . we can't afford to waste a 4 pick on a lineman .. even with the garbage line we have right now we were still able to move the ball and put up points .. we will not win a competetive game until we value the linebacker position and we don't .. our guys are always getting beat and always slow .. teams eat the giants linebackers alive game after game . These tight ends are getting more and more athletic , and we couldn't even cover whitten .. Jones will be fine if just gets rid of the damn ball when no one is open but Jones will be a perrenial loser no matter how good he is if they don't upgrade this defensive talent and get guys that can cover and rush .

We take the best available OT . Either one with pick 4 if there is one that tops the Giants board available . Or move down and take one lower in the first and acquire more picks. IMO: I just do not see how we can keep ignoring the RT position and hope to get any continuity in the line year after year. The lets try this guy for a year card has been a proven failed model.
