With Brady sending out a flyer on social media to NE fans as an S.O.S. signal trying stay in NE (meaning he doesn't have BB's support, because we know he has Krafts), and the Giants HC job taken (which imo is the only place BB would have left NE for), how does this pan out? Who gets to stay in NE? If my logic is correct that BB's option (other than rage quit) is off the table now with hiring of Judge, Brady presumably has more leverage because he has options as. FA. Chargers is one team with a shiny new stadium in LA with Seats to fill as a likely landing spot. www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/28446114/tom-brady-instagram-know-more-prove

I think if Brady leaves he has to go to a team that has everything in place and just Needs a good, consistent QB. I don’t see the Chargers as that team. I think the Bears would actually be a good fit. They have a great defense, Good skill players, they were 8 - 8 with an inconsistent Trubisky. He can sit behind Brady and learn from him for a year. I just can’t see a rebuilding team signing him....

I can't hate Brady as a football player, even his perceived arrogance on the sidelines I believe has a positive effect on his teammates. But I fear someday, maybe sooner than anticipated - he will become some celebrity talk show host or actor.

Maybe Joe Brady (OC) and Steve Belichick (DC)

Brady and Giselle already have a house in LA too, while they're selling the one they own in NE

Maybe Joe Brady (OC) and Steve Belichick (DC) You feel that Steve Belichick can be promoted to DC on the Patriots, now? How would you feel about him getting that position, here? Our secondary may indeed have talent, but it seems the basics and communication have been a mess.

He has been under his dads wing for a while now and as a position coach too. He might be ready. I like the idea of bringing him in here where his dad got the big start.

I'd feel good about having him on the staff, with the pedigree, work ethic, and how the players feel about him. Just not sure about the jump to DC. Would there be a title between secondary coach and DC, that might appeal to him here?

The only thing between i can think of would be DC assistant behind another DC. Not sure he would leave for that. Normal progression is position coach to coordinator.

I think some team will sign him if he doesn't return to NE but frankly NE may well be his best chance. Who else is there? Tennessee? Does anyone seriously think he's actually going to take a non playoff team not only to the post season but to the Super Bowl?

He already said he has more to prove...as if he can win either somewhere else or w/o bellichick. LA again makes the most sense if bellichick stays in NE and TB leaves

Again, he would leave because a) NE didn't want him at least on terms he found acceptable, and b) he wants to prove he can do it without bellichick. If he turns chargers into a winner thats pretty darn good proof. Plus it fits their team needs for a QB and owners to fill seats in new stadium. Also fits TB and his wife's lifestyle as they have a home in LA. But this has all been said before...

Brady is the best QB of all time. But right now...in 2020....Dak is a much better QB.

As a Giants fan Id rather face Dak than Brady. Cowboys with that Oline, those weapons and Brady sounds a lot more formidable to me. \And if Im cowboys owner Id rather commit to Brady for a year or two, then Zak for 5 @ highest paid QB ever.

This would be going backwards for the Cowboys, therefore it has my full and complete endorsement. Brady wants to prove he can win without Belichick. Here's an idea, don't throw a pick 6 to eliminate your team from playoff contention. NE remains Brady's best chance to win another championship unless Vrabel wants to cut Tannenhill to give Brady a chance in Tennessee over the next year or two. I don't think that would be in the team's best interest but it's about the only place I could see that might be able to use him.

Why would either one of them leave NE Patriots? Why would NE Patriots want them to leave? Tom and BB will be in NE for the rest of their careers. That's what I think. They may not be buddy buddies, but both Bill B and TB12 know they share a common football philosophy, and that's neither easy nor quick to come by.

Agreed.
Bellycheck and Brady will stay put until thy retire.
They went 12-4 for cripes sake.
That's great coaching and great play by the team.
Do people expect them to win the SB every year? Unrealistic.

NY? To what end? Why the hell would the Giants want Brady? If Brady does decide to leave NE - which I still believe is a complete media creation and about the dumbest thing he could do - I just can't see any team, other than perhaps Tennessee, wanting him.

Giants have weapons on offense. People don't see it but we have one of the best and most versatile RBs, quality WR Corp, and decent TE. They've invested a lot in the line and the weakest link is LT who blocked well for him in the past. Add to that high draft pick and cap space and this is an attractive option.
