odd question but I will consider the source That’s how the Judge family do things. No half assed, they rock their jerseys everywhere. I bet at his wedding probably wore a Phil McConkey Jersey.

Pfffft I live in south philly. You guys got nothing on me. I love this city to be honest. Very working class, blue collar town. No pretentiousness. Unlike NYC (I lived in Long Island City for a few years and Hoboken for a few too). Individual eagles fans are generally swell folk to have a beer with. Groups of eagles fans might be the worst people on earth. i was actually at the last giants eagles game. A few eagles fans started shit with us and out of nowhere a group of eagles fans backed us up. Fans for the most part are harmless, until alcohol gets involved.

What City/State doesn’t have their jerks? You could go to the Garden of Eden and I bet you’ll find a prick or two. Thats true, but I would get into a normal debate with some egal fans and they even spit on me. And that was just the female ones. That happens down here. They tell their little kids to give us the middle finger.

All my kids were born here, so I won’t hold it against them if they’re eagles fans. But my buddies are gonna have to take them into games. I’m staying out at the tailgate. I haven’t gotten any shit for walking around in my Giants hoodie, and I keep all my takes pragmatic. Never had a problem.

Never had a lick of trouble. And man...I crave a steak sandwich from Jims to this day.

I know Eagles fans are supposed to be notoriously awful but I don't understand why some New Yorkers have this overall hatred for Philly as a city. Personally I've come across tons of assholes in NYC while in Philly most of the people have been quite friendly, and it's definitely a more laid back city. In fact speaking generally, New Yorkers are some of the most stuck up and ignorant people i've come across, I have rarely had a bad experience with people in Philly.
I do think some kind of subconscious programming is triggered when you mention the trigger word Eagle or loving a rival team, they become a bunch of mindless animals.

Lots of good natured ribbing nothing that crosses the line. Also are friendly(ish) with a couple of girl fans. However you couldn't pay me cash money to go to a game at Lincoln financial field, just won't do it. Would rather watch a soccer game in a 3rd world country than go there

Ok let form the lynch mob. I have the pitch forks. Who has the torches? I do. Wait, damnit. I left mine at the last lynch mob. The one when we were running Handley out of town. I think we did to go of a job, he’s in witness protection now.

' At the Super Bowl on that early February day in 2018, Judge recognized one Eagles reporter, who sat down with Judge for some one-on-one time before a slow trickle of other reporters made their way to his table. The reporter had covered Judge when he played quarterback for legendary Pennsylvania high school coach Jim Algeo in the late 1990s at Lansdale Catholic High School in the suburbs of Philadelphia, which, yes, made him an Eagles fan growing up.
www.si.com/nfl/eagles/news/giants-next-head-coach-has-philly-roots born in Philly his brother is a Giants fan Look, there's an easy way to find out what this guy's colors are. Sit him down with the Eagle's S.B. highlights on film, and a big pile of horse shit in front of him. If he gobbles it down, fire him!

True story. I have been to one Giants/Eagles game live. It was at the Vet, in November 1995. The game was horrible, both teams were really bad at that point. I was in full Giants regalia. At halftime, I went to the restroom, was taking a pee, some random Eagles fan was at the stall next to me and commented "Normally I'd give you a bunch of shit, but right now I feel bad for you guys". I half jokingly replied "come on, please just hit me". We both laughed as we finished our business. All of a sudden some jerk in full Cowboys gear walks in. The same Eagles fan looks at me and says "Lets get him!!"
Other than that guy, no one paid us any notice that day, a far cry from what some of my friends experienced a few years earlier when we were still a competitive team.
