Back breaker. Just like BJ. Yep, to soften the D for SB......and a big physical WR like AJ Brown.

Ehh
I'll take what we have and another with his skill sets and pressure the defense with backs that are all around dynamic types
And big backs have a shelf life of 3 or so at most before they get slow and plodding

BJ is one of our all-time top backs.
I would take a guy like that over a Lamar Jackson. How long do you give Jackson before he's knocked out? This kid is playing on borrowed time.

Other than Phil.....BJ is my favorite all time Giant.
He was the attitude of our offense.

I would never want a qb like that... This is what happens when a gimmick offense implodes ...he is not long for the league.. We have an ultimate weapon RB that hopefully finally gets utilized to his fullest,he has a 2500 plus all purpose yards a year from scrimmage for 5 to 7 years

We are very similar in that regard. Phil is my all time favorite and Brandon is right up there.
I would probably go with Harry 2nd, but Brandon is my favorite from his era.

But imagine him team with a bit of bruiser. That would be scary. Especially when the whether turns and teams must run the ball.

Ehh... We have seen you can throw in bad weather in the playoffs...that is just a myth these days(New England has done it for years,us in Green Bay,Philly vs Vikings NFC championship game...amongst others) A stone handed bruiser makes the offense way too predictable, besides I think we have a guy that can play that role with Penny, use him more than as the occasional hood ornament in a 2 back set with Brkley as a.decoy..

BJ was even bigger then Henry by 20 pounds 265 when he arrived he ran a 4.4 forty at 265 he needed some room to get going but once he did it was pain for the defense..

That was his peak... By 2011 he was a shell of himself and it was Bradshaw carrying what little running game they had that year. These guys unfortunately don't last very long which is why you can't build and offense around one of these guys

Penny is not the type of big back people are afraid of. A big back without speed is a FB. That's what made Jacobs and now Henry dangerous. They both have the speed to get them past the 2nd level.

It just goes to show if you can stop the run and rush the passer and pound the hell out of your opponent with the run game your gonna win a lot of games. Make no mistake the titans OL is killing the Ravens front he is getting touched till 5 yards into the second level.Old school still can work just is much prettier with some modern passing attack mixed in.

We obviously disagree on this. New England is a total an aberration, and we weren't your typical playoff team as well.
I thoroughly enjoy watching a secondary who doesn't wasn't to tackle an individual player. That wears a team down.

I was at the Greenbay 07 championship game when he ran over Woodson you could hear it in the stands it sent the message. Loved Jacobs rivals like the cowboys feared him.

No we need the guys who are blocking for him! Jack Conklin will be a Free Agent I would take him despite him having some injuries
Henry is a BEAST though true Workhorse he has the Old School Running Style, 1 Cut hit that hole and destroy whoever gets in front of him

People wanted us to hire Greg Roman because of the Ravens...now everone wants us get a big back and have Jones be a game manager because of a 2 game run in the playoffs.. Build the walls Build around what we have Learn, execute The team will have a very long window of relevance and winning...

Bo Scarborough? lol ... he is terrible The lust for a big plodding back just because of a 2 game run is funny here ... either that or there is something to be said for "goober" football after all... and how many times did SF run the ball today, by the way? I counted 40+ times but then my math ain't so good

I haven't read the replies but I assume the thread title is tongue in cheek. Especially since we burnt a #2 pick on a RB just 2 years ago and that didn't really change things.

Was Jacobs a backbreaker or the Tip-Toe-Burgler? Seemed like it depended on the 10 guys around him.
