Source tells @siriusxmnfl that Burton Burns will be new @giants RBs coach. Burns is a long-time RBs coach who most recently was @alabamaftbl asst athletic director/football

Holy crap he is old lol. Solid resume as RB coach for Clemson and Bama for 18 years. The guy should know a thing or two about coaching RBs, lets see what he can do with Barkley.

Etienne is going back to Clemson Didn't know that, no chance we would take a 1st round RB anyway this year. That does make me happy because he was looking like he'd get drafted towards the end of the 1st and if he went to KC that would be crazy. He's one of the fastest RBs in the country (and Simmons went stride for stride with him in the 40).

Wonder why these backs are going back to school I mean I like that they are finishing their education.... But RB takes more wear and tear then maybe linebackers ...major risk by both Edward's Helaire and Dobbins will be the top backs this year

I'm of the belief that in watching Barkley, he often times does not run like a pro back yet and that even in his better, healthier first year he was just scratching the surface of what he can do... so I thought getting a better RB coach was more important than one might usually think. This could turn out to be a more critical, underrated hire than expected

Etienne is going back to Clemson Is he really? I heard Harris was going back to Bama too. I imagine Edwards-Helaire is headed pro? not official yet. But all of the sudden harris is back on campus in the weight room. He has till the 20th to make his decision. Its not uncommon for former players to come back and workout But of harris did go back and with 5star Trey Sanders theyvwill be nasty at RB plus 1xof the WRs Dovonte Smith also returning for senior season. He caught that walkoff TD in OT in title game against GA I know Juedy got all the press bit Smith had the most TD catches this past year for them

He was behind Jeudy and Ruggs though so i see why he is going back.
