maybe he was a shitty father who cared more about football than his kids wow! thats an amazing observation, based on what? as you stated just an observation based on two messed up kids thats all. I claim no fact to it

cant even begin to assess the Reid family dynamic. I was just making a statement in regards to "most" kids who get mixed up in drugs dont have a stable and sound family life. Maybe he's keeping his sons close to him with team responsibilities, or even protecting their employment status. Obviously, it's been a big failure, off the field at least. it could just be the natural paternal instinct to help your own.

Me personally? No. Man, now you are ruining it since I have to explain it to you like this but, imagine the Bucs down 4, 3rd down, with 17 seconds left in the game in on their own 40 yard line. Brady cocks back and fires to the endzone. Sara calls a very questionable PI call that has been a low flag physical game all game. Bucs Fournette it into the endzone to win the SB. You don't think it would be even bigger since Sara called it? if refs werent so shitty for like over 10 years now and them all being being men it wouldnt mean anything to me. What if she DOESNT make the call. Thats is the real significant aspect if you ask me. Then she'd be a "hero" and not like every other crappy ref Equally as possible, but less fun to discuss.

Busting her because she is a woman for a bad call is lame.

And it was a call by Sara Thomas... is that a significant fact of the matter?? I have no idea who Sara Thomas is. Maybe she was the one that made the tuck rule call, I mean PI call against GB in the final minutes? All I'm saying is that it is a mortal lock to happen again unless they make sure much earlier on in the game that it is is unnecessary.

ah...I see... well if that does happen why is it significant that the she made some call you weren't happy with? Me personally? No. Man, now you are ruining it since I have to explain it to you like this but, imagine the Bucs down 4, 3rd down, with 17 seconds left in the game in on their own 40 yard line. You don't think it would be even bigger since Sara called it? You don't think the female part of this will pop up? No. Given how fast the NFL moved to squelch it from the championship game, no I do not. The country will be so punch drunk in love, it won't even be an afterthought.

I'm glad everyone derailed the thread from a hypothetical comment.
And I fully disagree. It would be a bigger story if Sara made a bad call than a male ref. You know it. I know it. The world knows it. Hopefully it doesn't happen though because I want her to succeed since there are so many bad refs in general.

is that a significant fact of the matter?? It would be if this hypothetical situation happened. Why? Cause she's a woman? Not understand this.

Reid deserves better kids. Reid has lost one son to to addiction and he might lose another this is serious stuff they aren't gonna let him slide because he is an NFL coach.

He’s going to jail Yup for a person with addiction issues it does not bode well for success all the money in the world can't replace your family Andy Reid is going through a bad time I feel for him. His other son lost his life to addiction this one is gonna lose it in a different way. The only positive is if he is still breathing he has a shot at recovery.

I separate the man from organization he works for. The majority of fambases around the league (most likely world) have an infantile view of the world and how it works. Agreed. Some of my favorite head coaches are rivals of ours. Bill Walsh, Joe Gibbs and Tom Landry (he’s still one of us) I know how to separate the man from the team. As for Andy Reid, he’s a fantastic coach. He built two franchises into winners, not an easy task by no means. And his players all speak very highly of him. What he is as a person is none of my business. Clearly his household has had issues when it comes to his children. Could be that they have had the charmed life, their father is a high figure head coach in the NFL. Financially, life should be wonderful in the Reid household. But, his children took a different path. This one is a piece of shit in my book. Not only did his selfish decision put peoples lives at risk, but now two children are in critical condition due to him. He has been reported pointing a gun at a fellow driver in the past? I’m not pretending to be a saint, God knows I’m not. But, not once would I ever point a weapon at someone for whatever stupid reason he felt doing so. Whatever the penalty is, it’s not enough. He’ll have his cushy job waiting for him once he’s cleared next year. Unless, his old man retires then he’s on his own. Nature Vs nurture? Who knows? Its only in the news because of of Reids status as a HC. I think he was trying to help his kid stay on the straight and narrow with the KC job and the kid strayed and now will have to face the music. One can only do so much to help another person. I know from sad personal experience. What I do know is that this has nothing to do with Reid himself and much of the retardato world is spinning with it (Cuz thats what social morons do in case you didn't know )

Night and day between both super bowls Last year the 49ers played the Chiefs the same exact way and Reid ran it down thei throats tbe entire game until San Fran slept on Watkins deep. Edwards-Hellaire was averaging 5 yards a pop the rare times he carried it with minimal in the box all night Smaller linebackers inside like that.... He could have had an easy 150 on tbe ground..

With both his starting OTs out against 2 really good edge rushers no less Might have been one of tbe worst coached Super Bowls I have ever seen

His son, who possibly shouldn't be drinking, regardless if tit was one or two beers, caused an accident where one person was/is critically injured and is a child. Other hurts too. A seemingly avoidable accident. Reid could not have been in the right frame of mind and if by some the Chiefs won last night how do you enjoy that?

He’s the son of the most powerful man besides the owner of the franchise. I’m sure he’s been getting away with this nonsense for some time now. He made his bed, now it’s time he sleeps in it.

If any of us had multiple prior DUI’s, been involved in an accident like that, wouldn’t we be in jail right now? Why does this process seem so drawn out? Was he drunk (per tests) or not? I think a lot of how things happen depends on how much you can afford to pay for a high priced lawyer .

I don't know anything about Reid away from football either but I always felt he was a decent guy and I have learned that you can't judge people by their children, some are good and some turn out bad no matter how hard you try...

If details are as reported light him up and then light up the Chiefs organization for all the $$$ the lawyers and the girl’s family can get.
