Going on 31 years. Lou Gehrig got shit on me.. For 16 weeks, and maybe more. Sundays are arranged around the Giants game. It’s not a fanhood anymore, it’s an addiction.. Exactly we are die hard the average fan says I'm out after the first 2 shitty years we are going on 9 and still slugging our way through season after season, with no real end to the misery in sight.

Is Josh Allen (Jaguars) usually this bad? There is absolutely no passrush in this game tonight. I don't know but I am amazed how quickly the Cincinnati oline has been turned around. what do you mean?

Watch every Giants game have for about 46 years now maybe more. Now I watch all the football I can I like seeing the new style offenses and how they use guys don't know why it just makes me more pissed off they were locked up in a stale unimaginative offense

Thank you for allowing me to do a little self awareness with Giants football...after the regular season ends, being so conditioned that I know we will not have post season play, I begin to obsess about: contracts, cap space, who should stay and go in the whole organization that is. Then FA, followed by the draft and workouts. This runs into the summer... and before I know it another season is upon me. So, yes to 16 games and it is disturbingly clear now if I add all the time I spend here... it is more equivalent to watching 24 games time wise, I guess? So unlike the Giants, I am exceeding expectations! Time to reevaluate, what I do this off season, I will miss you all, lol. Sad part is for the last 9.5 years the offseason is the most interesting thing about the Giants who's getting fired and who will be hired then as you said the draft and freeagncy.

Most fans have lives and jobs and families and fun. I actually can't imagine why anyone who doesn't get paid to do it would want to watch every game. Or why you would think it was normal? I dont think it's normal, but many here talk like they know the ins and outs of every box score in the league. You are way smarter than all of us. Probably none of us watched every game, and most of us haven't had "the pads on." You have done both (supposedly). Tell us your plan to fix the Giants. Or how you will convince some team to hire you. 🙄

The Cincinnati Oline is pretty good. They have not been good the last couple of years. They have been working on it for a while it looks ready to compete, Then again don't think either of these teams have great defenses.

This is too cryptic of a question..
Is it?? Do you watch all of the games each week which I find absurd unless it's your job or is it all of the Giants games each year??
Seems like both are being mentioned..

Was able to sustain a game winning drive while the defense was able to make stops at critical times. Also with very few penalties while readjusting thier game plan at half time to get the offense moving. All things we are looking for from the Giants.

Yes to every giants games but to be honest the last few seasons I don’t watch every second. By the 3 quarter if they’re not competitive I’m out.
As to the 16 games on Sunday? Not a chance. Dad of a teen and pre teen and I’m constantly figuring out how to do stuff in the house I own so I’m not spending a fortune on repairs. Couple weeks ago it was repairing a drop ceiling in the basement.
Pre kids? Never missed a good NFL game. Never. And watched every second of the Giants. Literally every second.

I usually end up watching 75% of all games in their entirety by the end of the year, as I live off sports betting and player props are quite easy when you learn teams tendencies, not just what’s shown on highlights

Just curious... cause yall seem to know so much about every other team but ours... I’m amazed on how little credit this team, DG and Judge really get. It’s like some people don’t know what a proper NFL roster is supposed to look like or how to build one, starting with a running back. Garrett is extremely disrespected by a lot of fans. His play calls are designed to fit the strengths and needs of this team. He coached up Romo and Dak, he knows what he’s doing, fans just need to give him more time to watch it all come together. And for the love of God, leave Judge alone people! He’s not the one out there dropping passes, fumbling and jumping offsides. He can only do so much and I think he’s done a fantastic job as a HC under the circumstances. Go Giants!

With the exception of the Super Bowl, I only watch games in which the Giants are playing. I follow NFL news, especially because I enjoy playing fantasy football, but I never, ever watch games that don't include the Giants (again, with the exception of the Super Bowl).

NYG has the toys now, and I believe the light bulb has lit up for DJ. Yet the OC doesn't utilize the tools in the chest and attack--especially in the red zone. This team should be 2-1, which pisses me off. Even without a power run game the o line has done enough to give DJ some time. Good teams play complementary football. If the D isnt coming up with big stops then the O must keep the ball and score TOUCHDOWNS. And when your CB jumps a route late in the game the OC/HC have to play for more than the correct hash mark to kick a FG.

Thats the difference with these 2 second year coaches, Giants have the talent the Bengals do they are bought in and playing well, still it is a razor thin margin for error if meyer kicks a field goal instead of going for ir maybe he gets his first win instead of 0-4.

Imagine how you feel about the Giants the last few years. Imagine every soul crushing last moment loss. Imagine watching every single one of these games since you were a little kid in the late 70s
Now imagine also being a Mets fan and watching not 16, but 162 heart wrenching, soul twisting, mind melding apocalyptic meltdowns for the greater portion of over 40 years now.
Also imagine living out of market, and often wearing the gear of said teams in front of a hostile world, and suffering the slings and arrows of outrageous fandom.
One sincerely needs a Jedi's patience to endure my sport fan life.
