I'm taking the Chiefs to win big and cover this week. This is a matter of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. The Giants have been dreadful in prime time and KC is in essence playing for their season in the loaded AFC. 44-20 Kansas City. For those who want to complain about negativity, this is strictly for betting purposes and ALL emotion has been left out of my thinking.

I don't think there's a chance in hell the Giants cover the spread. I'll be watching with one hand on the remote for when it gets too embarrassing.

Last week I said, I don't see any logical path to beating the panthers (because of how undermanned our offense was and how bad our defense was playing)
So I'll say it again - I see no logical path to beating the chiefs. They're coming off a terrible loss, at home, and gunning to bounce back.

I normally agree with you when it comes to the spreads but KC is dreadful on defense and was held to 3 points by a TN defense ranked similarly to ours. They also beat Philly by 12 points and I think we’ll a little better than Philly so I see this being close and wouldn’t be surprised if we pulled out a W. Something stinks in KC this year and their tending the wrong way. They also have an O line full of first year starters going against Dave Gettlemans hand picked D line hog mollies. This is where Lawrence should live up to his 1st round pick and Williams earns his bloated contract. On the other hand, this is the Giants we’re talking about so who knows. I won’t be touching this game from a betting stand point unless I do a live bet which is normally what I do anyways once I get a feel for the game. *To everyone…see how positive I can be?! |

Agree it's a do or die game for them . But we just had a character building win and are getting a lot of WRs back. I'm not afraid of Chiefs and think our bend not break style on defense matches up against them well. I think we at least cover the spread. Even in all these years of losing most games were close in score.

I think the Chiefs win but they are 3-4 and will take big chances and gamble vs the NYGs. Its a possibility we can get a couple of turnovers. The problem is the NYGs may not capitalize. If they do then it can be an interesting game. Graham will not all out blitz Mahomes but when they do they have to get there. |

If we get some horses back, I'm confident in scoring on their dumpster fire of a defense. If no one comes back, I'm worried this becomes the game that the Chiefs' defense "bounces back"...but then afterward continues to be terrible the rest of the way.

9 pts seems like a perfect spread to me.
I don't know if everyone is familiar with the teaser bet. You must bet 2 teams and win both games to win the bet. The tease is you get 6 pts on the spread. If you bet the favorite you take 6 pts off of KC, so your laying 3 instead of 9. If you bet the Giants you get 15 pts instead of 9.
Now you must find another game you like to go with it, or you could take both the Giants and KC and play the middle. Having KC win by more than 3 and the Giants lose by less than 15.
If one of your teams tie say KC wins by 3 thats a loss. Also a double vig if you lose. So instead of paying 110 on a 100 dollar bet you pay 120 on a loss.
So beware of looking the gift horse in the face.

Depending on who he has to throw to he could have a huge game even if it's just Shepard back.... Shep and Petis run the option routes (notice how one week and Petis and Jones are on the same page)and Slayton/Ross doing their outside thing .. Just wish we could run it....they play a deep zone for the most part and their interior line is extremely soft....Barkley would have feasted |

With that said accounting for their recent several seasons of course they should bury the NYGs. |
