Been there done that this isn't the rookie OBJ this an 8 year vet with more injuries then anyone deserves hard pass. Good luck to him hopefully he ends up where it seems he always wanted to be on the west coast, Doubt it but there is a chance. OBJ is another very talented player who seemed unable to grow up... Yea these guys from High school through college are revered and treated like royalty, I have seen it first hand with High school athletes with D1 offers, Once they make it the ass kissing ends quick for them it's a rude awakening. It's a job and production and performance is all that matters.

I don't think it's worth it to sign OBJ, first it would cost 7 mil for remainder of year. I would rather have that money to carry over next season, at 2-6 why are we paying for a rental.
I think the Raiders would have the best shot. A playoff team that needs a decent WR and Carr can hit him and look for him first. OBJ would help that WR corp and open up run game for Jacobs.
Outside shots already have been mentioned G.B., N.O., and Balt. My long shots how about N.E. ? or K.C. ? Possibly Indy or Tenn. ?
We'll find out soon enough.

No one was a bigger Beckham fan than me. I fought the good fight for him, and backed him all the way till he went to Cleveland. Now saying all that, I wouldn’t touch him in a hazmat suit. His ego doesn’t correlate with his on field performance. I was the same way and couldn't agree more with what we do with him at this time.

OBJ probably wants to go to a team that is a contender, as bad as the Giants are currently the word contender is another decade away. I just hope he doesn't land in Dallas, or Philly.

He doesn't have a choice of what team picks him up on waivers.. He was just playing for a contender who decided they were better off without him. If you’re Odell, you'd better be happy wherever you end up at this point.

Yeah I would love to have him hear again. The absolute only reason I would not take him back right now is I would not want him anywhere near Kadarius Toney. We have enough on our plate molding him into a grown ass man, we don't need Odell being involved. Can we have him in a cage like the Gimp that we just take out and send onto the field to play football?

Well if the teams from the waiver wire go first maybe he becomes a Lion, or even possibly a N.Y. Jet, wouldn't that be a kick in the head ?

I think he ends up in GB. There is a pecking order and the WR starved Lions are first in line and can have him fro half year see if they like each other. Ot did he not have to go through wavers. Somehow I feel the Diva in OBJ will not want to play on another bad team or non elite QB. The way his exit was planned out leads me to believe there might be some predetermined destination. His agent might also be telling the bottom barrel team that he won't play for them. There is also the contract. It will be a lot cheaper to obtain OBJ if he passes waivers and let Clevland pay his salary.

Unpopular opinion, but I would do it. It's real a low risk option. WR corp is all banged up, so it's a need. If he comes back (at a highly discounted rate) and shows he can still ball, he'd be good trade bait in the off season. Baker Mayfield is very inconsistent with his accuracy, so the low production isn't ALL on OBJ Not to mention that half the fanbase still loves the guy so it would put asses in seats.
It's a pretty low risk signing.

I was upset when the Giants traded Odell, but time has shown that trading him was the right move. So, no thanks to a reunion with the Giants. And outside of Odell's antics how many teams are going to want to have to deal with his father's antics too?

He's an injury-prone nut job who said he doesn't like New York/NJ. He's thrown his last 2 QBs under the bus. Don't think we need another injury prone WR...doesn't help that he's a malcontent diva. Not a good fit.

Odell strikes me as someone who wants 500 targets a season rather than wins. He said in a round table discussion with Cam Newton, Victor Cruz, and Gurley that ....that he's done with the "humbe sh*t" and wants opportunities like other receivers in the league with "2000 targets 150 catches."

Like the great HOF LBer of the Bears, Mike Singleton once said of his TE, can't play with them, can't win with them. OBJ falls in that category of selfish players that are all about their personal stats & screw the W-L record. Wish he was our HC, guarantee you he'd be cutting, releasing, trading 50% of this team.

He’ll sigh with Tampa and Brady I can see Brady wanting to take on the challenge of making Beckham relevant again. I thought for sure the Antonio Brown experiment was going to backfire.
