I think you know I picked him in my mock - he will be a playmaker. Like I mentioned earlier in the thread, I can understand why they chose him. Our WR corps couldn't be trusted as is. Lol our WR corps was the worst in the NFL. Shep spends most of his time on the sideline, Golladay is a square peg in a round hole (still is)and Toney is a walking injury. I’m glad they took a WR it’s a huge need and obviously they think Robinson fits exactly what they want to do on O. I’m encouraged that the Giants actually seem to be building a more modern roster finally. |

2 bama kids i like both went to Houston Metchie & Harris I really liked Harris - had him in my mock in 2nd. I watch Bama every week Metchie was kinda hot and cold - even ho hum at times. I wouldn’t of hated it though if he was a Giant. |

I don't get this dale pick with toney still on the roster. I mean weapons yeah, but we have toney. Maybe he can actually stay healthy though. i think they're telling Toney, he ain't unique and if he wants to excel in this league he better get his ass in gear. |

Comparing him to Toney is pounding ones chest with ignorance. He looks like a guy that could make Barkley snap to. This kid's vision is acute and he is comfortable taking the ball from the QB behind the LOS. |

I like our 2nd rd picks. We shall see how they pan out, but I have a good feeling about it. So far we have addressed the OL and Edge, areas that were in dire need. Good job Schoen

Toney and WanDale are nothing alike - unless you think Toney and Cole Beasley are alike. I don't think they're completely alike, but very similar skill sets. I also didn't watch much on him - he wasn't a player of interest to me.. which could say it all, right? I just think their styles are comparable where as Pickens and toney are two different players, same with moore. I understand the pick bc of the elure, but I don't see how his role would differ to much more than what toneys should be, but lets see it play off dabes and kafka must have something in mind. |

Who knows what will happen with KT, I don't trust him. Robinson could be good insurance, and if Toney works out, imagine them on the field together?
They drafted a Guard who will probably compete for a starting position and adds depth on the OL. You know, the OL that has been pathetic for a decade?
And they drafted a corner who fits with the defense, and again addresses a position of need.
I have no problem with the picks.

Any of these draft picks can be starting week 1 with the level of talent currently on this team. This draft is boosting the overall talent of the entire team regardless if we know the names drafted or not. |
