Yanks bout to take gm 1 in Houston! If they can take both in Houston, this series will be over in 5. Cards down 2-0 to Nats, WTF!

Imo we take Verlander tomorrow night too. I see us getting 3 off him thru 7, if we keep Astros to 2 or less we're up 2-0.

7-0 GOOD GUYS!
Dominant performance from the Naka in Houston tonight. Gleyber Torres kills it. 3-4 5 RBIs 2B HR DJL, Urshela, Judge, Stanton all contributed. Bullpen shuts em down for 3 innings.
Yanks take the 1-0 lead
Verlander v Paxton tomorrow!
Let's go!

That has to be the most impressive win by the Yankees all season long.

Stanton is not in the starting line up!
Maybin is in left.

Worst acquisition in this teams history.
8 more years of Ellsbury again...

So he hit his home run after he strained his quad...
At least he's not like Ellsbury.

So he hit his home run after he strained his quad... At least he's not like Ellsbury. besides the fact he will spend most of the remaining 8 years in NY on the IL... He certainly is a better player than Ellsbury. Jacoby was a one year wonder. They both are made of glass, getting paid ridiculous amounts of money for way too long.

Amazing how these teams are signing these players to 10yr $250 million contracts & expect them to stay injury free for a decade. I'm a baseball GM, 5yr deals are the max I give any player, take it or leave it!

Page taken right out of the Red Sox playbook on how to win a world series. I mentioned to a friend it looked like the Astros knew exactly what was being thrown before it was thrown. Not just this game either. Their home road splits indicate this as well. What more to expect from "Enron" field

Just one, minimal damage. Time for Yanks to start working some men on base

Gift by Yankees 3rd base coach sending runner on altuve error. Had bases loaded, Verlander struggling right at 100 pitch count, and Sanchez up.

Buck and schmolz really stink up the booth. Schmolz clearly hates the yankees, and worse is just a guy trying to sound smart. And buck is too weak to manage it.

Extra innings.....
But we can't seem to score anymore, and our bullpen has used all of its big guns.
