Where are the Bo Nix fans? I guess Aris didn't vote yet lol Present. I'd rather see him picked up in a trade back. Maybe Schoen can turn that #6 pick in to a late first and second or late first and third. If Giants are really going WR, be crazy if Harrison Jr fell to them at 6.

MHJr Williams Daniels Maye Nabers Odunze
If we didn't make the moves we did in FA, id put Alt up there, but I see us having at least 1 more season with Neal at RT, as much as I think he's best utilized at LG

Jayden Daniels JJ McCarthy Brock Bowers Rome Oduze Marvin Harrison Adonai Mitchell If we’re not interested in a first round QB Brock Bowers all the way. A game changer. Even in the tough SEC if they knew the play was going to Brock Bowers it didn’t matter the play worked 90% of the time. Bowers is a generational talent. Reported to the mods. The use of the term “generational talent” is expressly forbidden in the rules.

The guys with the most questionable floors are your 2 sure bets? Daniels is simply horrific when playing traditional QB McCarthy has a small sample size of tape 0% chance the Giants take either (at 6 or higher) despite what many of you believe Floors, Ceilings Lack of Tape, Ignoring Daniels overall skills and think he’d be horrific in an NFL offense. Your comment swung and missed. You obviously have limited knowledge of those you throw darts at as well as those you think are worthy. Wise up. You sound silly. Ok, I'll play along. Daniels comes in and is having a great beginning and starts the first 4 games going 3-1, while Jones' is recovering. Jones may not get his job back because he's playing so well. Game 5, 3 plays in he runs the ball (again) and gets injured and never has the same rushing ability....he can't play traditional QB without running...wait this story sounds familiar....RGIII 2.0. Now we can get rid of Jones and replace him with...himself! Nice strategy. For a board that hates Daniel Jones so much it's pretty strange many want such a similar player... "Daniels takes too many sacks and struggles to play with consistent anticipation in the passing game. He tends to be very cautious with his throws and decisions, resulting in him holding the ball and taking sacks. There are examples of him playing with great anticipation, but it isn’t consistent enough. Too often he waits for receivers to be open instead of anticipating it. His pressure-to-sack ratio at LSU was 30.8% in 2022 and then 20.2% in 2023. While it is encouraging that he improved on that number in 2023, it’s still worrisome. Pressure-to-sack ratio is a very predictive stat, one that many quarterbacks struggle to escape from when entering the NFL. His career could end if he did this 1x in the NFL...

Who you got? Pick 6 players, any 6 players, you want the Giants to draft at 6, and post them in the order you want them in your post. Lets go #1 - Marvin Harrison Jr - Superstar WR. However, gets tackled easily and holds the ball loosely. I see him having a huge impact no matter where he goes though. #2 - Jayden Daniels - Stud athlete for a team in desperate need to upgrade QB. Risky pick but very high reward IMO. #3 - Caleb Williams - At pick 6, Id say he is worth the risk. He has a very high ceiling and great potential, but has some worries for me on and off the field. #4 - Malik Nabers - Great WR, probably the best route ability. Always gets open. Not physical in blocking game. #5 - Rome Odunze - Big physical WR. Deep threat. Goes up and gets the ball. Not as much of a separator though. Struggles some with physical DBs at the LOS. Need a QB who isnt scared to throw deep. #6 - Joe Alt - Best OL in the draft (but has only played LT in college). Only if they are moving Neal to G though, or have lost complete confidence in Neal. Otherwise Im going Bowers here. However, the RT must be fixed and I would think Alt could make the transition, but not sure. Get me one of these guys at 6 and Ill be happy and trust our FO to get the best out of them and fix our team. This is pretty much our circle of our 1st rd pick. But Maye and McCarthy are also in the circle. So to me the top 3 QB's and Harrison jr are the 1st 4 picks. The Chargers are the wild card so 5 of the 8 will be gone so out of the 3 still standing that's our choice. JJ the most risky if he's still there. But I think that's where were going. I seem to think JJ is the pick also. Unless somehow Daniels falls to 6. Which I highly doubt.

if you're going QB then like when they jumped up for ELI, you might want to consider the same here, pay the price to get the very Best QB in this Class who can potentially start immediately and not sit at #6 hoping to get the 4th Best QB in this class So you’re Chicago at #1 and you want the best in class QB too. What’s your price to move down to #6? Going to be VERY costly, similar to Washington going from #6 to #2 to select RG3 back in 2012: So basically 1st Round Picks until 2026: Current #6 Pick, 1st in 2025, 1st in 2026 or maybe Ryan Poles will play nice and not ask for anything historic but why should he when he holds all the cards to the 2024 NFL Draft, have the option to trade down and stick with and Build Around Fields and draft Odunze or Nabers at #6 as another Weapon for Fields OR keep #1 take Williams and use that other 1st they already have and draft him a Weapon Not Likely but if Schoen like Daniels or Williams that much, maybe it is worth the investment long term if one of them become that next CJ Stroud type of QB who went into Houston and helped turn things around immediately

As fans we always look at this in ideal terms for us. The trade partner wants to trade and no one else is bidding up the price. But so many fans are thinking WE MUST take a QB in the 1st, so if a team is really dedicated to draft any of the top 3 QBs in the top 3 places, then how much would you have to trade to have them forgo that pick and beat out anyone trying to do them same? The short answer is the price will be nothing short of an absolute fleecing of the acquiring team. It’s why I think we’re taking JJ at 5-6, a WR, or trading down. Could one of those top 3 QBs fall? Yes. Does that mean more than 1 team may have concerns about one of these QBs? Yes.

Sit back and wait for your #1 QB to fall to your lap not knowing if he gets taken the pick before you. Gut crushing. If you arent convinced enough to blow a load of picks on your QB to move up to make sure you can get him (KC moving up to get Mahomes), then you arent really sure about that QB. Again, I do not want to move up for any QBs this year.

Lol You can never have enough pass rushers. That was 13, 17, 33, and 37 years ago. Those teams also had QBs, decent OLs, a run game, etc. It's not like it was a bunch of pass rushers and the equivalent of our current roster. You CAN have too many pass rushers when it's at the expense of the rest of the tea.

# 1 Williams # 2 Daniels # 3 Harrison # 4 Nabers # 5 Maye # 6 Odunze
I went back and forth with Adding JJ and taking someone off same with Alt they belong depends on what your need is.
I really Love Bowers but on aboard that loves to worry about positional value this dude is gonna be real good but TEs especially one way TEs are more a luxury piece added to an already solid roster positional value isn't there for me.

Say what you want about the Oregon system blah blah blah, he didn't just succeed in it, he put up enormous numbers, kind of beyond what's expected and generated by the system itself. I also love how he took to new coaching in his transfer and vastly improved. I'd be happy with JJ at 6 or Bo as a late first or 2nd round pick.

I keep wondering if his name was not Marvin Harrison would he be the concensus #1 WR? I honestly doubt it.
The fact that some people could put Thomas that high and he might go in the 20s is just showing how great this class is. WR is insane. Keon Coleman might go in round 2! That's insane. Can't wait to see what these guys do in the NFL.

Yes. He is definitely the #1 WR prospect even if his name was Jones. I do agree though it's a deep WR class for sure. Gamechanger
