Mets launch Netflix-style ticket subscription deal. Now you can binge watch the Mets right at Citi Field. Baseball is going the way of the big screen with a new Netflix-style subscription deal that lets Mets fans score standing-room-only access to nearly every regular season home game. For $39 a month, anyone with an iPhone or Android can sign up for the app-based program and download mobile tickets to 78 games this season — even at the last minute, a rep for the team told The Post. Baseball buffs then scan their mobile tickets at the gate. nypost.com/2019/03/19/mets-launch-netflix-style-ticket-subscription-deal/

The Mets announced plans Thursday for 126th Street, which lies adjacent to the ballpark, to be renamed for Tom Seaver, connecting the street name and the ballpark to honor the Hall of Fame pitcher. Outstanding.

Mets are the Mets. Now don't go all crazy happy predicting WS if they start off 11-1 in April. This team along with the Jets is just a cursed organization.

I like that the Mets are one of the 3 teams that are keeping their prospects on their roster for opening day vs. sending them down for a month to extend control. Excited to see what Alonso can do.

Great win men. Cy deGrom starting the season off right where he left off.
Glad to see we were able to bat in order.

Outstanding. Nice Definitely deserved. Mets took some grief for not announcing these moves until after he was diagnosed with dementia... and the Mets claim it was in the works way before his diagnosis. It don't matter to me. I'm just happy to see him recognized. Always wished Tom or Doc, Coney or Ryan were the first to throw a no-no for the Mets instead of Santana... but, glad for Johan. At least the Mets have one. Seaver... Nolan Ryan, Doc, David Cone... all original Mets, and they all had their no hitters with another team.

Umps robbed a hitter of a clean double down the line, but hey, it's the Mets & sadly, that's bout the only way they can get one.

You said you quit being a Mets fan, I remember that much. That's fine, even if it disgusts me in a certain fashion. Then periodically you show up here to talk sh** to the Mets fans about various things. Piss off dude.

Want me to post the vid of the ball being a clean hit down the 3rd base line that the ump called "foul"? Have some damn integrity...dude.

Today should be interesting to see where Noah's at, especially since he has some odd history of getting completely shelled in D.C.

Then periodically you show up here to talk sh** to the Mets fans about various things. Piss off dude. I suggest ignoring the statement because it is completely and utterly irrelevant. We can all go back and look at every no hitter - and every other noteworthy game for that matter - and find a play or two that was either a missed call, a lucky catch, a called third strike that clearly wasn't, a lucky bounce or some other unusual circumstance. Unless someone is going to provide a full comparative data set, their comment is worthless. It's like the common whine of "manning sucks because he misses so many wide open plays". Well, that might be correct, or it might not be. But simply saying that with no backup is about as weak as it gets. Have some integrity; unless and until you come with all the data detailing every single snap of every QB in the comparative data set, you're just talking out of your ass or whining. Either way it's the kind bs that should always be ignored.

I am surprised they let Lugo throw 40 pitches in the 9th before he got the hook.

I am surprised they let Lugo throw 40 pitches in the 9th before he got the hook. That followed the Familia adventure in the 8th, in case we had forgotten the joy of it. Of course he's have been out of it if not for the error by Davis. Also no help to Lugo in the 9th.
