IT was a nice run these past few weeks, but reality was bound to consume us again. This team although slightly better is still bad. Lots of work for the FO this off season.

I agree...yes Eli has sucked today but if anyone has been watching the games when the offense does well we are winning the battles on the offensive line..blocking up plays for the run and passing, it should be evident that we have been manhandled on both lines today, no where for Saquon to run the ball, drops by receivers, bad decisions and play by Eli...poor tacking by the defense, you can blame it all on Eli if you want but the way I see it there is a plenty of blame to go around... I get what you’re saying, but Explain Eli consistently missing open recievers for tds? He’s done that all year long! The first game alone this year he missed OBJ twice...and the list goes on and on and on and on.... Yeah dude Eli has missed a lot of plays here and there but we all should know by now that if the Giants don't have a running game and Eli is being under heavy pressure constantly we don't even have a chance...we really sucked on both sides of the ball...Tennesee has a very good defense and executed well by shutting down Saquon and getting to Eli disrupting his game and keeping our offense from establishing a rhythm.. We've seen defenses do this to QBs better than Eli before...and no I'm not observing Eli but we certainly did not execute hardly on both sides of the ball...

You have to come clean and admit what Eli did to you or your family one day. Its not normal (or healthy) your absolute hatred for a guy whose biggest crime is he sucks. my beef is with his delusional fans demanding we keep him every season more so than eli . he i what he is . . 7 years no playoff wins I get it but your schadenfreude is out of control.

well that game was exhibit A of all that was wrong this year and yes Eli was a big part, but effin' far from being THE reason be real folks It was 7-0 when Eli threw an interception on a soft ball thrown in the red zone... And then the next drive fumbles after feeling the hit 2 seconds before the actual hit and then trying to throw it while getting popped directly leading to a 14-0 deficit. He is certainly one of the main reasons we lost today. Eh screw it, Ill join the homers, it was the play calling, the rain, the WRs, the coach, the refs and the defenses fault!

are we officially eliminated with our loss today and the Vikings win? also does this mean Lauletta starts next week if we are eliminated?

Overall, we had a bad game on both sides of the ball but in all fairness to Tennessee Titans, they were playing for playoff spot and they stuck to their game plan. We didn’t adjust.

Awful... Completely awful game today. I can't think of one aspect or player that was worth a crap today. A game like this reminds me of how terrible we have become as a team and as a franchise in such a short span of time. And as much as I hate to say it I really don't think it will be getting better for a while.

Remember before this game a lot of fans were thinking we were good? lol Oh, we just played bad teams the past couple of weeks with their backup QBs...

Nope, you are correct, Eli had a terrible game today, and even with everything else if he doesn't make those 2 rookie mistakes, it's a totally different ball game.

The physical football teams separate themselves at this time of year.

Tanney is an 8 year journeymen QB with what two games he played in there is a reason in 8 seasons he has played in only 2 games he has played because he stinks. Tanney is not our future Lauletta may be part of our future he needs a few games under his belt to really judge him and even then he is just a kid.

That head ache arching fumble, Eli 2nd turnover is the play that sealed the win for Tennessee Titans.

I think I'll only be angry if it turns out that the winner of the 6th seed finishes with an 8-8 record. In particular with Odell (considering how we definitely need him today) and how he did't say anything when he first felt pain in his quad and decided to continue to practice because he wanted approval or recognition from the coaching staff. It was boneheaded decision that only rookies or second year players make not 5-year vets.

Well at least now we can forget about the pipe dream of making the playoffs and concentrate on the upcoming draft to hopefully add some players to improve this horrible team...

Not sure why any fan here would take away from that Skins win that we were playoff bound and could win out! LOL! I think there are maybe 4 College teams that could beat the skins with the butt fumble QB! Every time we play an average to above average team we get OUR butts kicked. Eli came down to earth along with the OL. The defense couldn't tackle little Red Riding Hood and their running back ran us into the ground. We were only 7 points behind until Eli took matters into his throwing arm and ended it. But did anyone here think we would win the game when we were only 7 points behind? That offense reminded me of some very funny Three stooges movies. The offense was a poke in the eye!

I think our new GM had a good draft, but his FA hog garbage was a disaster.

No doubt but I think he had no choice regarding Solder...we needed a good left tackle and other than Solder there was no one else...

Give up or not, its the GMs and HCs choice. They demoted him after last week. Shurm said "Tanney" would give them the best chance to win. So once again, like last year with Geno, we are in the same boat. Only this time the rookie actually had a couple snaps which was nice. Lauletta should be given another shot, but if they felt the same way, they wouldnt have demoted him this week.

It does not matter, if Lauletta has ANY role on this Giants team in the future then HE needs to play the whole game next week. I get it, they will want Eli to start at home vs Dallas but next week it needs to be Lauletta. Make it or break it. Only thing that could happen is better draft position.

This game was actually a good thing. It slapped us out of the delusion of competency..
Now lets see if anyone in the FO has the cajones to do what needs to be done...
