My Sleeper Qb this year is Trace Mcsorley. His 2018 season was average as a passer but he did damage with his legs. He is small also. If you go back one year when he had Saquon, Mike Gesicki and Desean Hamilton his passing numbers were very good. He also has that clutch factor where big moments in the game aren't too big for him. He needs mechanical work but he navigates the pocket real well and when he sets his feet properly can put it in tight windows. He executes run pass options really well also.
His throws on the run need work , his decision making needs work as he tends to force it to his primary read and tends to leave the pocket early. He has a lot of tools to work with but will need time and good coaching. Worst case for the team drafting him is he does have the athletic ability to play wr or cb maybe even safety. I would take a flier on him in the 3rd day.

Jimmy Moreland is a CB I really like. Dude is a baller and has a swagger out there.
He is a ballhawk and is willing to come up and tackle. When he picks it off he is thinking 6. Obviously level of compeition but good players have come from that level recently (Carson Wentz being an example)

Still pretty lightweight for an nfl db. A late round flyer.

I think he will add weight and could be good depth at the very least. Could probably battle Haley for the nickel spot honestly. I've seen him around the 5th round pretty consistently and I think that he is a good person to target around there

Diontae Johnson WR Toledo is one of my personal favorites. The dude is electric and probably part of the most underrated WR core in the nation. The QB was really inexperienced and didn't do them justice. Johnson is unbelievably elusive. He won't jump off the charts in any measurables as far as height, weight, combine numbers, etc but the guy can just play. His release is nasty as can be. If someone presses him or attempts to, they will get embarrassed more times than not. His hands are a tad inconsistent but there are enough good moments that it's not a red flag in my book. The guy is slept on criminally in my book. I see him rated as a 6th or 7th rounder in places. If I am being completely honest I don't see him much behind guys that are projected 2nd-3rd round guys. He has the ability to be a true game changer. If I was compare him to a former NYG it would probably be Mario Manningham, but I think he can bring a lot more as far as release and route running. When he gets the ball in his hands he has that rare OBJ/Saquon kind of elusiveness. That is why his release is so unreal because he mixes it up to keep guys on their toes but it is so smooth that it almost always creates separation. He might be 5'10 but he can play on the outside no problem. It might be a blessing that his QB was as shaky as he was or he would probably be rated much higher than he currently is. Another WR on that same team probably is one of the best route runners in the draft as well.
Another sleeper at WR is Stanley Morgan Jr. He is from Nebraska and Nebraska has really never been known for throwing the ball. Morgan is a great route runner and does everything well. If he went to a school with a better system for WR's he would be much more known across the draft landscape. There's really not a single thing not to like about him other than I believe there was a weed related incident in his college career at one time.
I would absolutely love to have either of these guys and I think they will bring a lot more value than you'd expect compared to where they are likely picked (if the projections are relatively accurate on them)
Johnson ^ ... Morgan below

If we are going QB, Id like to use a mid round pick on Will Grier.
His deep ball placement/accuracy is probably the best Ive seen for all the QBs in this class. He doesnt have the strongest arm which will hurt his stock, but its good enough to have some zip. His accuracy is very solid. He is also great on the short-middle range stuff from what Ive seen.
Id be ok with taking a chance later with Grier. He shows me some very good things without having to risk a high draft pick on him. Honestly, I like him better than Daniel Jones from the tapes Ive seen.

So let me update my mid-late round gems:
- Andy Isabella I think this kid will be a super stat machine and a 3rd down monster. Probably up to a 2nd round pick by now. - Will Grier Has a great deep ball and can hit crossing routes and slants in stride. Mobile. Probably 3-4 round. - Germaine Pratt Love his skillset. Always seems to find the ball. A bit smaller but ca get after it. 3-4 round - Terril Hanks Another LB Ive been watching. Love his motor and ability on the field. 3-4 round - Hamp Cheevers Underrated due to size but I think the kid is a playmaker at the CB spot. 4-5-6 round - Ben Burr-Kirven Another smaller LB but the kid can play and knows how to find the ball. 5-6 round - Hunter Renfroe Great slot WR later rounds - Antoine Wesley WR from Texas Tech. Long tall lengthy and seems to be a web out there catching everything. Later rounds. - Jordan Scarlett RB from Florida who I've seen plenty of, and think he could be a great grab in the later rounds. Plays fast. Is bullish.

Which will make everyone else slip as well.
