I didnt see a thread for the game but move if there is one already.
Packer @ Bears
Bears D looks nasty
Rodgers looks good too though
Great matchup.
One thing, I'm already still not impressed with Trubisky. I dont think he is that good. Average QB with legs IMO.
But seriously, that Bears D is ferocious.
I miss the Giants having pass rushers.

The Bears offense looks exactly like they didn't play one snap in the preseason.
Will be interesting to see how the teams that held all their starters out this preseason in comparison to the teams that played theirs, even if it was limited

The only 2 QBs that don't have this issue are Brady and Brees

3rd and 40
I've never seen this before in my life And I was sure there would be a defensive penalty that was going to bail the Bears out

Bears D is lights out, Trubisky just isnt good.
Low scoring defensive stalemate
I feel like the Bears will have a lot of these games this season. 7-3, 10-6, 7-6, 13-0 ect.

On cue, Trubisky goes all Eli on us. Bad decision even worse throw. Picked off in the endzone less than 2 min left down 7.
Why in the world did he throw that?

Again This is what happens when you don't play your starting offense one snap in preseason. Cost them a division game on their own field.

Almost reminded me of the Giants offenses of recent past, but with a way better o line. People dropping passes, bad passes, piss poor clock managment soul crushing turnover in the redone negating any chance at winning with less than 3 minutes to go. Ereily familiar, lets hope this season isn't like that. I'm sick of that kind of football.

For as long as I remember defenses have always started hot in the beginning of the season and offenses start warming up after a few games. This is the way its been since I was a kid and even more evident after the new CBA. If anything, the CBA has had the biggest effect on the first few weeks of the NFL more so than anything.

I watched the game through the 3rd quarter. Was a pretty mediocre game. Even the great Rogers looked fairly pedestrian for the most part. It was all about the defenses.

Rogers got lucky with a few passes....as all QBs do.
Both defenses played very well of course.
