"That's definitely pass interference...but..." the hell is this league doing? What he wanted to say but stopped short was "That's definitely pass interference...but...we do not call those for the Giants"

Someone needs to tell the DT coach how to coach. A 338 lb man who is quick too should be causing much more havoc than he is. Another poor defensive play

To be fair.......you all came to your own conclusions on Jones. You all fought me the entire time and changed your minds when you saw him play. Nothing is set in stone yet. He’s rookie QB. Of course he’s going to take his lumps, for some reason some people here don’t understand that. Jones has the skill set and will be a successful QB for us. Troy Aikman was on the 1-15 cowboys team and he didn't look good doing it. If anything this just gives fuel to Jones haters.

Yeah, we lost because of Shurmur, right. Had nothing to do with the fact that we couldn’t run the ball, and our three best offensive players were sidelined. Maybe we should start over again with a new GM and coach every two years when things go south. Pat Shurmur is a loser through and through. He’s a plague on the franchise. Warchnthe oeude he takes in this defeat in the postgame. I have my barf bag ready. So I guess you expected us to be a strong playoff contender last year and this year eh?

See? As much as it pains Aikmen to say what he just said about our future, he knows football. And he knows the future is bright for this team. Be patient. Most people don’t understand patients. It’s like weight loss...that sh*t takes time, but people want immediate results without putting in any effort. Work hard trust the process patients

This is the result of a game with a team that fights but is undermanned. I'm pretty encouraged by this game. Get more players and this org. Is on the right track

Oh...I agree......but he was my pick so I have to take my lumps here when he looks bad. I get it. Too be fair, Jones had no help tonight from his “offensive weapons.” That said, he still had a bad game. He has to get the ball out of his hand quicker. That’s what he did in his first game.

Woooooooow. Shurmur is doing a good job? Is he coaching the entire? Shurmur is plenty capable You didn't answer my question. Does a good coach coach all three teams or his area of expertise?

This team has a long ways to go. I figured they would lose tonight. But I was surprised with the front 7. They played well tonight. They were on the field for most of the game and hung in their for 3 quarters. A lot to build off on the defensive side of the ball.

It's a serious question, but the point spread was 17... 7 point game turned into 21 real quick on some questionable calls late.

They have a lot of positives. Since the NFL is the wwe and the 16-0 story is better than a giants win, they will favor the Pat's. Look at last year they wanted the rams to be on the bug stage, so they threw a game for them. When the giants get good they will have the refs on their side again, hopefully next year the giants have never had the refs on their side

Watch the he takes in this defeat in the postgame. I have my barf bag ready. That’s interesting because I like what he says in the pressers. Basically he says we fought hard, but didn’t take advantage of the opportunities, and we made too many negative plays and not enough positive ones. Which is mind numbing lily obvious, but what do you expect him to say “we just don’t have the talent or the playmakers to win games. He has what he has, and he has to praise the good effort, and correct the mistakes. That’s all he can do!!!! The team is not there yet. No coach is going to coach this group to beat the Pats. Just have to keep plugging.

Man some of you guys are just ready to burn the house down. Troy Aikman just got through saying he felt good about Daniel Jones coming in and he feels even better about him after tonight. He sees what they're building as good and thinks their future is bright.

When they are good again the refs will start helping them again. The NFL is the wwe they try to build ratings, if the giants were near viable they would help them with calls. We must need to get to that point. It's all rigged and the giants give re in a good market to take advantage when they are good. Look forward to that

Because he isn't a fan who has had to watch his team lose for the last 7 years and therefore actually has patience to see things more clearly. Even KNOWING this was going to be the result tonight, the chicken little's are losing their minds.

There are positives out of this, the defense played really well. Maybe they're starting to get it which is great becuase its a young unit. DJ and the offense were bad, we kind of expected that. They'll look better with their skill players back on the field. Shurmur has to be better. Big positive for me was Baker looks like a first rounder he is getting better every weak, Golden I will take 6 days a week and twice on sunday, better then anything we have had for the last 2-3 years, Carter was in the backfield tonight a lot saw Lawrence pushing the pocket more hen a few times they are growing every game, Hill seems to be in the backfield he needs to keep his eyes up.

They were on the field for most of the game and hung in their for 3 quarters. A lot to build off on the defensive side of the ball. with all the mistakes and all the D had to overcome ( remember 14 of NE points came off block punt and fumble return ) they were still in game down only 7 with 9nmin left. That D held their own against NE. Gave up some points late but on the field all game. Jones also gave NE a very short field on one of their td drives D stopped them on 4th down few times

The Patriots are the bar that is set. The best in the league, the best coach the best Defense, 96-1 at home with a halftime lead. Down 1 score with 9 mins to go in their house is impressive. The Patriots with over 30mins of possession, the defense was doomed. This game is a huge learning experience. That team was the best in football. Had we had all of our players, would the outcome be different? I certainly think it would have been a dogfight. Things are looking up not down. What NFL qb would do good with that offensive lineup. Jones will be fine.
