Eli had 2 games in his whole career of 300+ yards, 4 or more TD’s and no INT’s Jones has had 3 this season yep he is very good no doubt but with this win guaranteed Johnny boy is gonna keep schumur and his staff including GM. He won't rock this boat. But he should. You think blowing a big lead to one of the worst teams in the NFL and having to come back and win in OT will save Shurmur? Come to think of it, this is Mara we’re talking about so .....

This league is all about coaching. Redskins should have gone for 2 after 99 yard drive where giants defense was gassed. Ridiculous leaving time on clock and 3 time outs for giants to win in regulation (which they nearly did) , or lose toss in OT and leave your defense back out in a high scoring game where TD wins it. They lose toss and their offense never saw the field again after their regulation time TD.
Right now eagles are on way to winning division because with half the talent their coach can still school Garrett

I dont think changing schemes in Jones sophmore year will be ideal for Jones development. It never is good for a young QB, especially with the success Jones has had w/ Shurmur. I would be careful what I ask for. A scapegoat is generally needed for the inept FO to save face, should Shurmur be that guy? The issue on the team is talent, moreso than scheme. After all, are we saying we should have more really have more wins with this roster?

We know that Mara will regret the decision to bring Shurmur back by hey, he hired Mcdooddoo so the Eagles will not get him!

Miami just kicked GW FG in OT, that should move us up to 4th now, right? Cincy is locked into #1

None of us knows how the coaching thing will turn out, but we have bright spots to build around for sure. It's nuts to put the cart before the horse regarding the draft. Actually, with the talent on this team I guess you could consider it good fortune(if you were looking forward to 2020/2021 to be legit) to even be in a position to draft so early. Meanwhile the new QB is getting very valuable experience and just completed his 2nd late game win. Sure, there may be a player missed out on but there are several needs. Not to mention some wins may just get our FAs to want to sign w NYG. To top it off, the FA pool is not very deep this year in the areas of need for NYG. Prospective FAs want to see hope. That offense today is the way it should look most of the time in 2020. A nice little bonus is that backup RT Gates may just be starter material, if not then a top notch utility guy. He played flawlessly for the 2nd week at 2 different positions. I love the poise DJ exhibited. He ran just the right amount and his play fakes were excellent. He's looking safeties off now and damn he's accurate. Lets enjoy the win and get ready for hopefully a much better test next week.

That's going to be a position of depth and strength regardless of Englass.

at this time next year no one will care we won this game
We will care we don’t have Chase Young
Giants won in Washington 40-16 last year. It really set us up for success! Feel the success! Feel it!

Miami just won!!!
Detroit is currently leading...
If all goes well the damage done would be we went down one spot. An we would be picking #3 overall.

Lions up 10-0 as well We could still end up at 3 We end at three...and we end up with Thomas ...or possibly even Young, as Washington with their rookie QB needs a LT as well

Hell..get his teammate from Stanford Colby Parkenson...same exact player

Yes. We can only hope. Because this is the Chase Young Bowl. Neither of these teams need a QB. So the loser will have the #2 pick and take Young. I can just see it now. Young in the NFCE chasing down Jones for next 10+ years. Just great. We wint be as lucky as Jax when we let Josh Allen fall in their lap They also need a LT right now they went from 5th into 4th pick with Miamis OT win.. Lions up on denver early if lions win back into 3rd and we can get that LT. With Safford good chance lions take ine of the QBs so may not matter

And what's frightening is nothing from Slayton who wasn't exactly healthy... Give me one of your drafts and we are set

Honestly I'm not emotionally invested in wins and losses and haven't been all year It's a nice feeling to win though of course

I'm with you brother I LIKE WAHT i saw from many of the players from both drafts the rookie corners are the key think they are gonna be OK if they sign Golden back and Williams they will be really set on DL they will nee to get a partner for Golden unless X and Carter step up.

Give me one of your drafts and we are set 5 players with 4 or more catches including a big day for Barkley in the passing game finally. Jones used Latimer as a workhorse and wouldn't even let him ruin it with that dropped TD.

A meaningless win against a team that's even worse than the Giants. And Pat Shurmur for another year. Yay. let's all celebrate. Yes let's ! Knock yourself out man.
