Be strategic about it. Fall behind a count 3-0? Plunk. Late in a runaway game? Plunk. No one on base and 2 outs? Plunk.

Yeah then you see MLB flip out because the cheaters didnt get suspended yet the commish suspended the players trying to clean up the his mess for not suspending them in the first place. Its going to get ugly.

I tend to doubt anyone is going to throw at Astros once the season starts. If they do, they are playing right into Houston's hands. I guarantee they are in "us against the world" mode already.

Oh Im sure they are. And they can suck it. They will get beaned often and early IMO. They also think their cheating didnt win them the World Series.

‘Blindsided’ Ken Giles willing to give back Astros World Series ring One former Astro is ready to relinquish his World Series ring. Ken Giles, who spent three seasons (2016-18) as a reliever in Houston, told the Toronto Sun that he had no knowledge of his former teammates’ sign-stealing scheme while winning the 2017 championship, but he would still be willing to surrender the prized jewelry he earned from the now-tainted run. “Whatever they ask, I would oblige because what was going on at the time was not OK,” said Giles, who is now with the Blue Jays. “It just hurts. If they want it back, I’ll be true to whatever needs to be done.” nypost.com/2020/03/02/blindsided-ken-giles-willing-to-give-back-astros-world-series-ring/

Do any of you see Hinch ever getting another job in MLB again. I think that he is pretty much finished after this.

I agree that they should be thrown at. However, throwing at someone's head is bush league regardless of their cheating. I always think of a players like Dickie Thon and Kirby Puckett. Thon never was the same player and Puckett had his career cut extremely short.

He was on pace to be a great Red Sox player until he got beaned in the head. That totally derailed his career. Late 60's and early 70's right? Anyhow, it is never a good idea to throw at someone's head intentionally. I agree 100% with Dusty Baker's comments after the game. What is even more pathetic is that people are making Joe Kelly to be a hero when he is actually a bush league scumbag.

As far as I'm concerned what Joe Kelly did was nothing less than assault with a deadly weapon.

It's pretty much like the hitter throwing a bat at the pitchers head. Aim for the ass or legs. Not the head.
