Definitely not good if true. Things looked like they were about to make a turn for the better, but this certainly makes things tougher for him. Hopefully it’s not true but guys are going to need to be ready to step up regardless (calling Ballentine and maybe Beal). Innocent until proven guilty obviously and I hope it’s just a bs report that will be proven wrong in the future

If true... yikes. Why would you do something so easily traced like Instagram direct messages? Still a lot of things need to unfold but this is not a good look for these guys

If this is true...these two might go down as the worst criminals ever.
First they allegedly rob a party where everyone knows them
Then allegedly discuss paying off the victims over Instagram. Wtf

Cut him and lets move on!
Still have Corey Ballentine who actually looked more impressive than Baker last year during Camp and Preseason

He was the one who made the horrendous, unnecessary pass interference penalty in the end zone vs. Washington at the end of regulation week 16. He's probably a long shot to even make the roster this year.

To be fair about Ballentine. He shined in training camp and preseason as an outside CB which I’m assuming he played his entire football life, at least throughout college. Making the transition from his level of football in college to the pros is one thing and then making the transition to nickel is another. Add in our essentially nonexistent pass rush and suspect scheme and the kid never really had a chance to succeed...

Beal was also on the outside which is his natural spot. I’m not saying he’s going to be a stud but personally I think he’s a better player than Beal on the outside plus he tackles better. Neither are ideal options going into week one (if we have a season) unless they improved dramatically but I’m hoping our new coaching staff will allow players to play to their strengths and actually develop players. Outside of WR we haven’t been great at developing talent in recent memory

Wtf I have no idea if this level of idiocy is common in criminals, but these guys don’t seem to have what it takes to make it in that world. Which is a shame, because they are probably going to be eyebrows deep in it for 5 to 12 years.

At least his mom will have a Bentley to remember his NFL career by.... Meanwhile, our defense depends upon on Leonard Williams to take over games.....
