Wow the Jets just knocked off the Browns. I'm sure some Jets faithful will need to be talked off of a ledge but I do enjoy the NFL maintaining its crediblity. Players play for each other. That's how teams are built. I get there are peeps who think an NFL team can be all in on tanking, but it's impossible on a team with 53 players and even more coaches. Happy for the Jets today.

Jaylen Hurts looks much better than Daniel Jones ever did... why? Why is Jones better than Haskins? Haskins: 6/15 36 yards - 2 INT and 1 lost fumble vs a 4-10 team. All the experts on TV told me that Haskins was way better.

GB will be tough to beat in the weather. If the Titans can pressure Rodgers they will have a chance.

So much for a good close game so far
At least this Titans team isn't like a turtle flipped on its back like it was last year down multiple scores

Aaron Rodgers is one of the best QBs to ever play this game.

I was just about to say that the Titans were already mailing it in. That TD was huge for them.

So interested in what they do with that pick. Do you watch them somewhat regularly, too? I don't think they trade back for more picks, they've seemed to have stockpiled that already.

Idk how he got the sh*t end of the stick in terms of fandom. He likes Darnold and thinks they should keep him. I can see them drafting the LT Sewell out of Oregon giving them two real good tackles to protect Darnold.

That's not the craziest idea, considering all the good picks they've accumulated for other positions to also be addressed. It can help Darnold stick and possibly improve, or great for the next guy up at QB. Feels like I just typed something similar for our #1 team to root for...

Yeah I especially if you draft the best LT in next years class and use that other first round pick from Seattle on a weapon for Darnold, they still also hold an early second and 2 third round picks. Double down with a good Free Agency and hire a competent HC, the NY Jets could actually be in good shape. Who woulda thought.

I don't bother with any Jets message board, but imagine their GM has been taking a lot of gruff for letting some good players go. I suppose he is sticking around, and has a lot of ways of quieting that down.

How about those Tampa Bay Bradys? Turns out it really is the singer not the song that makes the music moving along... Tampa seems to be about exactly where they should be based on their play on their steady improvement since 2018. Hard to make a case that they wouldn't be a playoff team this year since they practically were last year with what is now a third string QB.

I was really commenting on Brady that at age 42 he is still a force in the league. You are right about Tampa Bay, they were a playoff team last year and definitely one this year. With Brady they have a chance to go all the way

With Brady they have a chance to go all the way I agree. I think that was the whole point of getting him. They didn't need him to make them a playoff team, they already were. But winning in the playoffs is a whole different animal and he's got the pedigree.

TB will be the team no one will wanna play in Jan due solely to Mr Brady. Outside of KC, they have the most potent offensive weapons in the NFC IMO. TB/KC SB would be awesome!
