It's funny how most people expected a loss, yet still are acting like they're surprised. The team and QB is growing. Like many of us have said; New staff, young players, no pre-season. There's a reason they have pre-season. Scrimmages against opposing teams are essential. In the past the jets and giants used to scrimmage in practice, wasn't even that long ago. Personally I saw a nasty pass rush, some tough plan by the DL overall. A great int by Bradberry. Cleaned up OL play (still needs improvement, but they didn't regress). Some good plays by the receivers AND good play by Jones. You know who Jones looked like? 05 Eli They'll get there. I know, tough schedule, but they came close to beating a team that is on the rise with plenty of really good players. They might surprise you week 3. The problem is, no one should expect us to win until we actually start winning. Its been 8 years. The past 3 we have been the worst at winning in the entire league. End of Coughlins time here, McAdoo, Shurmer, now Judge. Being competitive is cool but if we don't get the W I don't want to hear about almosts. This Bears team is trash. We should win this game if we are improving from the past couple years. It's not going to get easier playkng the rest of our schedule. Well I'm not talking almost, it's called context. I wouldn't say they're a trash team either. And I recall people thinking they were fantastic back in 2018. Actually people were saying how great they were all week and how they expected a close loss. That's what we got, A close loss that showed the potential of a young team without a preseason, implementing a new system on both sides of the ball.

Judge's program badly needed a win today. They could have but they blew it in on more than a few occasions today. Players and coaches IMO.
Going to be harder and harder to keep these guys focused without a win.
They departed from the fundamentals.
