I can see his act driving fans crazy if we keep on losing. I don't mind it.
I'd rather have "we'll watch the tape" than Mike Singletary but that's just me.

I read some of the comments. I’m sure those fans watched the game half in the bag, or with their big dumb Giants glasses on. We have to be the proudest 0-4 team in the history of the sport.

Giants fans all week: "The Giants have no chance to win", "We're going to lose by 4 touchdowns".
Giants fans today: "Why didn't we win?"

to be honest didn't expect to win any of the first 4 or even the first 6 games, thought we were gonna get blown out early and get better as we went seems like we stayed the same the first 2 games, got a lesson on stopping the screen from the niners and used what we learned to stop the Rams run and screen game anyone expecting a bunch of wins early had a little wishful thinking going on, like it or not new coach, new offense, new defense, for these young kids it was starting all over with little on field work at the end of the season lets see where were at.

Hey his team came out and played a competitive game against a very good team in the Rams a week after being completely humiliated. That's a good thing.

I still like JJ as a HC compared to the past 2. Even at 0-4, media peeps are a bit afraid to mess with him. I like that.

I love the people on this forum that are getting all pissed off because the team is 0-4 after playing four tough teams. You all sound like the Giants were some playoff caliber team that should have a respectable record by now. Get real. This team was a mess, and there was never going to be a silver bullet. It's like you expect Judge to come out in the press conference and say "Cam Fleming and others on the O-line just plain suck, and we are going to make trades this week to completely upgrade the line. Once we do this we expect to be more competitive ". He has the players he has. All they can do is coach up the players they have and teach them to execute better. If you expect to hear anything different, you just don't get it.

Not me....Judge sounds like an inept High School Coach. Giants are last in the NFL in offense....yes even behind the Jets. Macadoo and Shurmur were both better than Judge.

Giants fans all week: "The Giants have no chance to win", "We're going to lose by 4 touchdowns". Giants fans today: "Why didn't we win?" Where were you last week with this? The defense played much better than any of us could imagine. It's still a terrible team. I won't expect us to win a game this season. Not one game. I'm sure they will because 0-16 is very difficult, but there isn't one game on our schedule I see as an easy W now. Not even Washington. But I am super proud of their 3 moral victories so far

They should fully expect the losses and be proud they haven’t shit the bed yet. Like Judge said, “proud of our guys.” Wins are overrated anyways, it’s not like the NFL is a result driven business. Let the losses keep pulling up, and we’ll wait for you to chime in with your level headed and well thought out comments.

I watched his post-game comments and am totally ok with them. What do you expect him to say? This was by far the best effort we've put forth so far. Defense looked pretty good, and the running game finally started to work behind a much better O Line than we saw the first 3 weeks. Gates especially looked like he's starting to get playing center. I think we have better things coming on the near horizon, and no, I won't take off my rose colored glasses!!!!

Well, look at it this way: If "“proud of our guys” counted in the NFL, we would be champions every single year! Who knows? maybe someday it will! in the mean time, Judge is just a talker and nothing else until he turns this thing around and makes good on his talk. I really do not pay much of attention to him because the results speak fro themselves. I have always wondered, though, if they had such a good practice, why can't that show in an actual game?

I expect him to say that we lost, while the effort was good, it was not good enough to win and that we have a long way to improve. I just expect the truth and not sugarcoat a bad result. The Giants are World Champions in the category "I am proud for this team" without having an actual reason to be proud. And you can keep the rose colored glasses on because all this gleaming of "I am proud" may further damage you eyesight which must have been damaged by the Giants performance all these years.

I guess you would have fired Bill Parcells after his 3 win first season. If you expected a different outcome then what we've seen so far, maybe you just don't understand what it takes to win in the NFL. An O-line with no chemistry, a second year qb, New schemes on both sides of the ball, New secondary dbs with no chemistry, then play four quality teams in a row, with no preseason behind your belt. And these are not excuses, they are just plain facts. To be in two of those games up to the last second is to be commended and shows toughness and grit for this ball club. If you are looking for a lot of wins this year under these circumstances, you are delusional. As Parcells' team did his first year, they experienced a culture change, and they got better as the year went on, although they had only three wins. You guys have no patience. Last week Nick Gates was crap, now he's everybody's boy because he played Donald tough. He will have up and down games the rest of year because he's a young undrafted player. But he will continue to develop as will the rest of this young team. I will be happy to see them to continue to play hard gritty football and be in games near the end. Some will turn into victories, a lot will not, they have a tough schedule.

Yeah, Parcells started off 3-12-1. And thankfully the Giants didn’t pull the trigger on him. Ok, I’ll play along. In your line of thinking we should have kept Bill Arnsparger and John McVay longer. They started off terribly, I guess using them would have ruined your narrative. So, why not use hall of famer Parcells to prove your point. I’m surprised you didn’t go way back to ‘31 when Steve Owen started off 7-6-1. Look, I get what’s going on. I understand it’s a season about progress and building. But, as a fan. Wins do matter. The day that becomes irrelevant will be the day we have hit rock bottom. Yeah, we hung in there with the Bears and Rams. But, 0-4 is not exactly a badge of honor. Moral victories do not exist. If they did, Shurmur would still have a job.

I get the frustration, but the constant complaining about this guy sucks and this coach sucks and I get it, that's all we can do is complain, but the fact is, we have the players we have, and it's an extremely young and inexperienced team, and they need to learn, and then have experience executing what they learn in this system. You won't beat good teams until this happens. Fortunately I think Judge is the teacher like Parcells that can teach this team how to win, it's just going to take time. We seem to have some impact players on defense like Martinez, Flackerell, Bradberry,Williams, and it's not because they were top draft picks, it's because they've been in the league for a few years and know what they are doing. The rest of the young players have to catch up. So instead of complaining about Jones' turnovers, I prefer to believe it's a function of the poor O-line play as well as his own inability to set his internal clock and also read defenses. All of which he will eventually figure out.

I would like nothing more to see a competitive team that wins some games. This 0-4 feels like 0 and forever. Look at our record over the years, it makes you sick..

As a former college player on a mediocre to bad football team, I can tell you some of the things crappy teams hear from others.
1. They never give up 2. They try really hard 3. They fight to the end 4. They always make it a close game
These are nice ways of others saying your team sucks.

Well we have new leadership, we have to give them a chance to effect change. To expect more than we've seen so far is a bit unrealistic. Yes the past eight years have sucked, and we are all eager for change, but the current staff has had minimal time to make huge change give the Covid situation and the fact that it's the first year. I'm seeing change. I see toughness, Im not seeing the multiple huge breakdowns on defense. I'm seeing games we are in until the end. This is progress. Keep an eye on the progress, that will tell you when wins will come. Long way to go yet I think, but by end of season I think we will have the beginning of something to work with through the off-season and next year.

Since 2013, this team's Sept record is 10-22, in 7 of the last 8yrs, they've started 0-2 or worse. Only yr they started 2-0 (16'), surprise, surprise, they made the playoffs. The "we played hard & fought to the end" excuse card has gotten old. It's the excuse card of losers. This team is 12-40 since 2017, worst in the NFL! Last time they were this atrocious was from 73'-76' when they went 12-44, they will more than likely tie & surpass that record in the next 4-5 games as I expect them to. This is gonna be the 4th yr in a row that this team is pretty much eliminated from playoff contention before Halloween!
