if you cant win a game when you win the turnover battle 5-0 then you never will
well done Giants , ran the ball really well today against a fearsome defensive front
We deserved the W

You know the biggest thing for me as far as Jones is considered is no turnovers. That means a lot to me. It means he protected the ball and made good decisions. Some may say that is mediocre or a low bar... And that is probably accurate but it is a step in the right direction after a tough game on Monday. We got a tough game against philthy next week... So tired of losing to them... If he keeps the turnovers down next week and we play both halves of the game like we have the first in many games this season... We can beat them. The sack he took at the end of the game he didn’t fumble was shocking but game saving. Overall, he was a game manager today. The running game was the key to victory today. Washington could not stop the run, we ran 35 times for 166 yards. Normally, you win with those stats. I’m happy for the win. Again, it’s Washington.. We have 6 wins since last year, 4 of them are from Washington. Unfortunately, we can’t play them every week. I want to see this team beat teams not named Washington.. Baby steps.... With this reciever group he really can't be more than a game manager..and this castrates Garret badly 135 ish yards on the ground against a good front 7 by our backs tell the story..and a very good one(because I would like to not have Jones be our leading rusher at the end of the year) Build this running game up the rest of the way as a foundation for the offense next year when hopefully a modern foward thinking GM finds us a dynamic playmaker or 2 to add to this group as the line solidifies...

A no turnover game for DJ is very significant IMO. It's been his bugaboo area. If he cleans this up, like he did today, all the other skills he's been showing will be able to shine.

It wasn't pretty but they ran for a bunch of yards again, Thomas handled young pretty good and all 5 deserve credit for the run game. Peart needs to take over RT. Jones only his second game without aTO he played a good game and it would have been better without a few drops and dumb penalties. Peart had/has a HUGE ceiling Thomas had IMHO, the lowest floor of these tackles..but he has seemed to have found a hidden basement Hopefully, he went down with a flashlight...

Jones barely escaped turnover disaster. Early on when he ran he was holding the ball out and swinging back with his arm and it was punched out. He was out of bounds but he totally wasnt protecting the football.
Im still pullin for him but this dude is the most stubborn ever at not protecting the ball.

If the coaches like Peart at LT why not Thomas seems to be coming along saw a few times he punched young and it stopped in his tracks. Hopefully we are good at tackle for the foreseeable future.

In total they ran for 166 they are getting better and better in the run game Actually Mack had a nice little game along with Board they did there possession thing didn't here Slaytons name called.

Well, more Alex Smith doing a Daniel Jones for that win...but baby steps...baby step...0 turnovers is a start. The instant gratification crowd never fails to entertain me here Seems we might have found a decent possession reciever looking at the stats .. (Of course the usual stuck in 1979 crowd will say Mack is enough......) Mack and or Board are nice as chain movers but this team needs some explosive playmakers the OL is coming along getting better in the run and pass.

He had a good day today. He needs more chances going forward.

Peppers and Martinez both had excellent games Pep got 2 TOs and 3 passes defensed lots of good plays in the pas and run game. Martinez got himself a pick and another basket full of tackles.

Didn't see the entire game. 2 fumbles, damn.... One he was running to the sideline after a 5 yard gain and it got poked out of bounds from behind the other he was trying avoid the rush and seemed to scrape knock it out himself and he recovered it but know one says the one he didn't have on the last offensive play he was drilled in the back ball cocked and ready to throw and he held on. 2 fumbles, huh. I'm labeling you a DJ hater. I will see you eat your words on this board.

Peppers has played well the last couple of weeks yea he has been solid all year but now that he seems settled into this new Defense he has been really good.

Yes I thought we would be OK with Bradberry and the safety position I'm am pretty happy when Ryan Lewis is healthy at CB2 still need an upgrade to bad Baker was a dipshit.

Yeah he played, he didn’t do a damn thing. As far as what? I did not see any big plays go against him. He defended McLaurin and Sims. Two receivers who had big days. It’s not like an offensive lineman, where not hearing his name is a good thing. Washingtons was throwing underneath all game, mixed in with some intermediate passes to the receivers.

Peppers loves playing football. He did not hit Allen low on purpose-he was blocked into him. His energy is infectious for the D. Ryan is a very good influence on the entire NYG team. A true professional.

I was reacting to TCHOFs Comment in reply #487: "Had the ball in his hands twice in the fourth quarter with a chance to ice the game and came up small (again). Also had 2 fumbles.Shows how bad this guy has been that some of you are creaming in your pants over a truly mediocre performance."

When the #1 corner didn’t get mentioned he probably had a good game. Go back and watch every big catch by both Sims and McLaurin... none came against Bradberry.
