I don't know about any of these guys but I would think if I were in that position as successful college coach I would want to live on a beautiful college campus for the rest of my life, what a life.... Ego

Interesting that Chan Gailey stepped down as OC in Miami Flores going on his 3rd OC already I heard rumors they aren't convinced Tua is the future.... Might go QB in the draft with the Texans pick.

And even if they already identified a qb they have 3 teams ahead of them.. Tua showed enough to at least try to build around him even if he still looked like a rookie They have so much draft capital and already a top defense to basically use the entire draft on offense all over But hey If they go qb at 4...helps us out as it allows one of the great WRs to drop to us

Even before that big injury. He is injury prone, but also just, I didnt see his style translating. Now with the new OC coming in, I could easily see them changing direction after benching him several times this year for Fitzmagic.

I mean I'm not complaining...Smith probably was going there Now a better chance Smith or Chase falls to us Its just very dangerous playing Russian roulette qb wise without having the number 1 overall pick like Arizona did

They have multiple first rounders.

I know he isn't a head coach, but the Cowboys just canned Nolan. I was really hoping they'd stick with him as DC for one more year.

The defense actually started to play a little better the last 5 weeks before our game ..the pass rush started to show up . With that said they have serious flaws in that defense and a major cap situation they have to navigate as well I think 2 of their starters in the secondary are free agents Vander Esch is now officially injury plagued and his concerns pre draft(neck)might be chronic and possibly career shortening Smith already seems like he lost a step, that knee is only going to deteriorate Nevermind the fact tbey saw firsthand the guy they passed on for Lamb have a pseudo break out game against them (McKinney) This was a window dressing move that sweeps the pink elephant under the rug, they probably set their franchise back 5 years with their offseason last year

Let's hope Jerr takes another WR this year, be like Matt Millen with the Lions however many years ago...Work as well now as it did then.

Dan Quinn takes over for Nolan....
Let's see how he does without Pete Carroll getting his players, didn't exactly light the world on fire in Atlanta with that defense...
Shottemheimer out in Seattle.... Being basic doesn't work even with Wilson and those recievsrs...especially considering they still have issues with their O line (seems like a broken record out there )

I mean They hire him as a defensive minded coach from a great defense because the offense is great, replacing the previous coach who also was defensive minded but their defense stunk They never have even an average defense... Then again I really think that team is cursed on that side of the ball because they have been trying to fix that defense since the Gritz Blitz days

Urban Meyer close to signing with Jacksonville Done deal. Im 50-50 on this living in the area. He will have HIS team though day 1. The only thing I dont think he will have control over is the GM choice. We already know pick 1, but he might have a serious play on who else is picked. Also, Dwayne Haskins could be a Jag too now as a backup.
