Fitzpatrick is good for a handful of games where he will shine. He will also blow it many games too. The guy has carved out a nice lucrative career and being a decent gap filler QB. Not easy to do. Fitz is up and down like a nervous elevator. But he does throw TD passes and as of today he probably throws the 2nd most TD's in the division. Also his teammates seem to love the guy. As do the fans wherever he plays. No consistency but if Wash can get him a run game in the draft it would help him so much.Say a big OL and a strong RB with their first 2 picks in the draft. Also pick up Conners RB in FA for depth on a 1 year contract. Or possibly grab the 5th or 6th best receiver in the draft like 6'4" Terrence Marshall out of LSU. He's a weapon long body who can run deep and catch a football. Marshalls going in the 1st rd somewhere. Always liked Fitz and found myself rooting for him. Well that's over this year. I hate Washington no matter what they call themselves. I'm not really understanding the Fitz move unless they think he can tutor Heinicke. They may be just a bit too competitive to ever get a sniff at the top QB draft pics so they will have to hope Heinicke develops or keep spending money on journeyman FA QBs. The popular term "QB hell" comes to mind. Fitz is the ultimate BACKUP, great role model, can win games and indentify the weaknesses. He is guilty of letting his arm betray him--year after year. In the wind at Met Life he will have trouble throwing the outs just like he did with the Bills and the Jets.

nice video, but one thing stuck out.. Brandon Marshell. "There's something wrong with this team"... yeah, its been the oline for an entire decade.
This team is about to turn the corner. I think surprising a lot of people in the process.

Fitz I guess they feel can get them to the playoffs with their defense. If Wash can get some sort of run game they will be a tough opponent. There going to have to trade or pay in FA to get any type long term solution. How about a trade for Garapolo ? And they certainly don't have to give up a 1st rd pick. No matter what the 49ers say. Next year the 9ers are not sitting a 30 mil a year QB on the bench. Their trading him for what they can get. Wash and the 49ers missed on Darnold it would have been a great inexpensive move for either of them. Supposedly the 49ers did kick the can for Darnold but at the time the stupid Jets weren't sure they were getting rid of Darnold. There are still 3 weeks till the draft.

Talk is cheap . Especially in the offseason. Prove it on the field. yeah talk is cheap but during these Covid days a little cheering up for all of us is a good thing...

I am always optimistic at this time of the year but I am particularly excited for the draft and to get going.

I did not want Darnold for the Giants but can't help but feel relieved that Washington did not snag him for their long term solution. I truly feel he was in a sad development program. If Wash wants to roll with Garapollo then :"bring it".

Well im starting to have real doubts lol For real…this loss against Washington stings real bad…it’s right up there with the all time most disappointing losses…to go from adulation to gut wrenching disappointment from one minute to the next sucks big time…It’s Saturday and I’m still really pissed off about this loss…

"Lawrence Tynes tweeted he had just confirmed with a giants source that Dexter Lawrence was NOT offsides ( Coaches Film ) The Refs missed it and giants will get the obligatory call from head of officials saying sorry we missed it"

That video is right up there with disco dying, and Milli Vanilli hit songs.
