This sort of shit is happening more and more with players. Pretty soon, we won’t have anybody to play the damn game. Everybody is a wannabe thug. Getting sick of this game. Especially when the wannabe thugs aren’t even helping you win.

They're aware. These teams know everything about these players. We are talking organizations that talk to everyone in a player's inner circle before drafting him. They also run police background checks repeatedly throughout their careers. I am 100% sure that the Giants did their due diligence. People change unfortunately for the worst sometimes. If these teams know everything about them before the draft, why do they draft them? 🙄 They draft the players because they are talented and good to go in their eyes. These teams invest millions of dollars on these guys early in the draft. Players with issues typically fall and there isn't as much of an investment. This isn't anything new.

With respect, what's not news is teams still spend high picks on players with serious issues they didn't have a clue about. And often issues that were were known by many before the draft. I don't doubt teams spend millions investigating players pre draft, but it's obvious all that money doesn't always work out.

We have to think about players like Randy Moss, Warren Sapp, or even Dan Marino who would have been no-brainer top 5 picks if it weren't for the issues that they had in college. One thing that we can both agree on is that it is not an easy job to scout and find players who are a great fit. I would not want that job.

He received Pretrial Diversion Program ( 2 years probation ) If he stays out of trouble. The charges will be dismissed and he can have the arrest expunged.
Apparently the charges were minor infractions or he would not have qualified for the program.
I do not think the NFL or Giants see this a big deal because he entered program voluntarily and the court accepted it. If they did he would not be in camp.

The Giants should abstain from the supplemental draft.....it is not their friend.

The answer is money. College makes ton of it. They only care about winning keeping fans happy. I doubt fans would spend money on a losing team. They will overlook character if the player produces heck if he is that good they will buy his jersey or the shoes he's promoting.

The Giants should abstain from the supplemental draft.....it is not their friend. Ain’t that the truth. Only player who was worth a damn was Gary Zimmerman. And he didn’t want to play for us.

Of course they don’t think it’s a big deal.. He won’t make it out of camp with a roster spot. He’s a dead man walking. You only have a few chances to make an impression in this league.. Beal, has used them all up and is now on borrowed time.

Three seasons and six games to show for it.. Time to cut bait and give the reps to players who actually want to be here. As far as I’m concerned, he’s so far down on the depth chart that you’ll need a radar to find him.

Assistant head coach/ defensive coordinator. After last season, he has earned the right to have major say on what players he wants on his defense. Of course, Judge can veto any decision.

I don't know if Beal can make the cut but if Graham can find him useful I would not argue against it. He has been able to help players produce where other coaches have failed.

I couldn’t afford college and went into the service. Now, how the hell are these morons even getting degrees? Can you imagine where they would be working if they weren’t playing football? Whatever company they would be running would be a disaster! College! LMFAO!
