Can they cut more than 5? They eventually have to get down to 53... The Giants may be the first team in history to go down to 53 players after the first preseason game..

What are the positives to take out of this game? Not many.. been a bad night.. lot of work for this team. They should look alot better with starters playing in future games, but we'll see. Right now I'm not worried, now if the first team looks like this then time to get out booze.

If Jones, who has missed time his first two years. Gets injured, the man with a driveway forehand will play quarterback. He couldn’t hit the field if he spiked the ball.

That #44 at TE plays like Engram except he can catch the ball.
His blocking is HORRENDOUS....Do they have Engram coaching him?
OMG!

One bright day in the middle of the night..
Two dead boys came out to fight..
Back to back they faced each other....
Drew their swords and shot each other...
When the deaf policeman heard the noise...
He came to kill the two dead boys..

Sills and Board looked good tonight. Clement had a good night minus the fumble. He's clearly the #2 RB.

Those two are Montana and Elway compared to E.T. Mike Glennon is medical waste. And is a few feet from playing on Sundays.

Welp.. that was...something..
If Jones gets injured were effed..
Rising star Sills came to play. I'm impressed with my new favorite NYG.. Sandro Platzgummer (for reasons beyond being a roadie for the Scorpions and a short order cook at the Bavarian Octoberfest)
Our O-line bleeping stinks but hey FO has a plan

If your starting QB goes down for the season, you’re screwed. If he goes down for a few games, you need a backup that can win a game or 2 in the stater’s absence. We do not have such a backup

I'm not defending Glennon, but anyone who was surprised tonight needs a wake up. Backup QB's are backups for a reason. They're all basically trash, and every fan in football shares the same fears about losing their starting QB. My main point is that if Jones can't stay healthy again this season, we have bigger problems than Mike Glennon.

We do not have such a backup you know all that from 3/4 a half of football? 🤦♂️ Mike glennon is a decent backup.

He's on such a different level then Glennon it's not even funny. A backup has earned the title for a reason. However, I’ll never understand how a QB who isn’t worth at least half his weight is ever allowed to enter this league. Those performances last night were atrocious. How does a kid who has been playing the position basically most of his childhood life come in and perform like Glennon? He isn’t even second team material. Back when I was a kid, when your team’s QB got creamed, your backup was pretty decent and was ready. When Simms went down we had Hostetler. The Vikings had Wilson and Kramer. Cunningham came when Jaws was on his way out. Montana had Young. Kelly had Reich. Zorn had Kreig…and so on and so on. What ever happened to that? Maybe salary cap? Not being able to pay two good QBs? Remember a lot of teams carried 3. For you young guys, some teams even carried four. I know the Saints I believe had four on their roster at one point. That is not cost feasible at all today.

Was it me or did visions of Elvis Patterson come to mind when Rodarius Williams was out there?
