Thats not true. They had 4 GMs since 2015. 4 HCs since 2016. 3 starting QBs since 2016. How can a rebuild start before all that? It started with Sashi Brown; you're right I just checked his tenure it's only been 6 years. Ok. So when do you believe the Giants rebuild started?

Ok. So when do you believe the Giants rebuild started? When Gettelman was hired. Sashi Brown was fired in 2017. Wouldn't that spark another rebuild? If DG is fired after this year, doesn't that spark another rebuild?

From the outside that would appear so and is likely he case more often than not. But if you look at Cleveland, much of the foundation was built for Dorsey and he smartly stayed on that path. I don't think it usually happens that way. Look at Buffalo, when Beane got there he basically dismantled Whaley's team, which I believe os how most go. I don't see that with Cleveland though.

If gettlemen gets fired the next Gm might tweek the roster don't think he will have to clean house the way they had to back in 2017, if he got fired the next GM would more then likely do what dorsey did enjoy the draft capital ours is good, dorsey inherited phenomenal draft capital, add to an already young roster ready to turn the corner. As has been said all rebuilds are not created equally draft capital, existing talent, cap, how much internal work needs to be done in the personnel departments need to be taken into account. The Giants had to do extensive work in every area talent ,cap , internally.

The Bills had Tribisky looking like a #1 draft choice. That team is just built and coached right. Since Beane and McDermott came to town they have been stable and rock solid, the Giants can't say that over the last 8 or 9 years turning over TCs staff 1 or 2 coaches at a time then the coaching merry go round started with the firing of TC. Having a stable organization top to bottom is big time the message stays the same and goal never changes.

Ok. So when do you believe the Giants rebuild started? When Gettelman was hired. Gettleman's first year wasn't a rebuild he tried to get Eli pieces to win one last super bowl. Hence why we got Saquon and not a QB when they realized Eli was washed up then that next off season was the rebuild hence why we got Daniel Jones! We are going into year 3 of a rebuild in Gettleman's 4th year as our GM imagine if we would have drafted Sam Darnold? đł For All the Bills greatness how many rings do they have?

Iâve seen a lot of other starting QBâs play and itâs not like all but two of those teams (us being 1 of the 2) had the worst offense, worst QB and worst O line in the league last year. If anyone should be playing their starters its us. At least they canât use the âwe had no pre seasonâ excuse this year, they had it and chose not to start their most deficient players until the last game. you have no idea how much missing last years preseason continues to set us back As much as the last ten years? As much as the other 3 teams in the NFCE that has new QBâs and a new HC? I donât want to hear a single fâin excuse.

Past years for DG has lead to this year as the make or break. When they/he decided to draft Jones the clock started as it would with almost every GM who drafts the next potential franchise QB. 2021 will show the process is working or not.
Can't change the past. Picks, signings, decisions, etc are said and done. 2021 will either be a step up or a step out year for DG and Jones.

dESPITE THE ENDING, i LIKE OUR NEW qb. hE'S A GAMER he has some ability. If he is the primary backup and he has to play more than a few snaps tho, we f**ked because he doesn't look nearly ready for that... if they kept 3 QB's i'd be more than happy to have him as the #3 guy and develop him more. If they don't then hopefully they can keep him on the PS and work with him there if he isn't snapped up Absolutely leon, Lewerke is either the 3rd QB or PS. Glennon is the backup, thats already been settled.
