Ratler benched in the red River shootout..
There goes any hope of this guy being a top prospect Question is Is any QB going to claim being a legit franchise QB this year ?

Missed all the games today, ugh ....now catching Utah and USC (Slovis aint the guy) as I just did a Friday Night Lights watching an ex assistant coach now head coaching his own team play last night...they crushed and they have a WR 6'4 and over 200 pounds that is a track star...didn't recognize any scouts sitting in the stands but he made 2 plays that should get some attention...coach caffeine (his nickname) has this team rolling. After the game, drove to the shithole called LA...made it to Indio where I finally zoned out for 3 hours at a rest stop, and then round tripped it sending boxes out. Sleeping in those rest stops takes some courage...I swear there is a guy living in a toilet stall in Indio Looks like Georgia is the easy1.... Iowa 2 ....Oklahoma 3...watching these highlights are amazing but who gets 4, 5...6? 5 star recruit TyThompson, best high school QB prospect I've ever watched, looking good in his freshmen debut with the Ducks. He's gonna be playing in the NFL....arm talent and poised

Seth Small for the win....Aggies with the upset win in dramatic fashion
Evan Neal still the best player in this draft ...he's a one man wall

Ole Miss and Ark decided not to play D yesterday. Thats ok it was an fun game to watch. Matt Corral is become one of the premier college QBs. Good deep ball, goes through progressions and can run (which has to be curbed at the next level for career longevity). Many check downs and slants but thats due to the RPO system he is in. Cut down on many of his mistakes from last year.
As for your RBs Ole Miss has Parrish and Conner..For your Wrs I like OSU's Olave and your defensive line aim, your shopping cart at GA. Thats from a quick look I had yesterday..
And.....
Holy Cow! AL lost to Tex A & M! That would make GA the best team in college ball (right now)

Man I am getting the feeling this draft will not be as good as past draft classes at all postions. I don't see any blue chip prospects. Even at edge I don't see anyone on the Bosa or Chase levels. Kayvon Thibodeaux....Ducks vs Stanford...on now ABC. Projected number one overall...pass rusher supreme for #3 Oregon. He's playing banged up...missed 2 games and hurt last vs AZ... He looks the part. His 2019 production was great. Like you said he looks like he is coming back from injury. I still think it is weaker over all than previous drafts but there are some blue chippers. Kayvon, Hamilton seem to a a notch above the rest of class. DeMarvin Leal look to be a in the mold of Leonard Willams. I am leaning toward Kayvon or the DBs . We have too much money tied up and cb and need to find thier succesors sooner or later. Our safeties have not lived up to their potential either. The top of the draft class looks like: Kayvon- Edge Kyle Hamilton - DB DeMarvin Leal - IDL Evan Neal - OT Stingley - DB Booth - DB

Edge...IF he's going to dominate. As you said...you need to hit one of those types up high in the draft...not many drop rounds and surprise too often anymore...edge is a special meat market...QB, pass rushers/edge and those who block them....those are the value guys. IOL is a must as well... and Neal because he's IMHO the best player in the draft. We pick 3 or 4 and he's sitting there...you take him. He can go right or left...he will block out the sun rising or setting.

Neal would pair up with Thomas to be a formidable pair of bookends in the NFL. I don't know if Neal's ego will allow him to play RT more than a year that is a ton of money he is losing switching positions. We still need to get better on the interior too. TE is a question mark also .

TE is a question mark also . He would get a rookie contract for 5 years and paid accordingly to his selection number, or I thought that is how they do it no? ...after that, yeah there is some difference but if he's all pro, we sign him for even more money than...yes, Solder. If he plays right or left...both are valuable ....especially with the lack of pocket awareness of our QB He's a happy, and rich man if he is taken top 5...with this weak QB class...he could be pick number 1

Is it me or is he a big boy (bulkwise) for a WR? Kinda gives me a little Megatron type vibe Need players like this to fly up into the top 15 because seemingly our needs will be front 7 and a little more trench meat.... Can't depend on these qubes to do that although Corral could be an early pick

I think Iowa is a good team but lets see them play top tier SEC, it will not be pretty They have a lot of good meat and potatoes type prospects as usual We all know their C.. Justin Jacobs just announced himself at MLB.. Wow 6'2 235... Double dip a DT of choice (Davis or Leal) and this guy Or Hutchinson (Michigan....a virtual clone of the Watt Boys)

Take Wirfs out of the equation because he legit preferred to play RT and is probably already the top RT in tbe league... but fast foward 5 years from now and Neal is one of our 2 tackles at RT Now also fast foward where we actually have a foward thinking GM that has stabilized our cap expenditure % with pass catchers combined with Jones being at the level where he develops young draft picks that are rotated in to replace soon to be high priced FAs and we have a perennial really group as a whole that is cheap... Pay the QB,3 of tbe 5 O lineman top dollar... But... Either way if he falls in our lap and we have 2 top 15 picks I can't see passing on him unless what's his name from Oregon is also there

Is it me or is he a big boy (bulkwise) for a WR? Oh he’s definitely a big WR. He’s something like 6’3 235 and can fly too. A fun fact is he hunts hogs with just a knife as well lol He’s a freak

I agree though that as many WRs, RBs, QBs, and other areas we won’t need to allow as many options at CB, Edge, OL, etc.

I'd that trend continues that takes a major need off the table with our first rounders I'm going Davis/Hutchinson with my first round picks

I would love for Thomas and Peart to be the OTs of the future. Davis and Hutchinson would be great gets. There are some fun edge options and Davis is a monster. Total game changer

Sam Howell had an Ok game Vs FL St. Surprised at the conservative play calling by Mack Brown. So it can be classified as a 'down' game. His other games were outstanding. Worth keeping track, of. I would out him a notch above Rattler and below Corral

Matt Corrall Vs Tennessee: 21/38 231 2 TD, 1 Int... aaaand...30 rushes for 195 yds!.. He is a one man offense.. I cringe anytime I see him run but it is highly entertaining..
AL is just faaast. fast DBs, fast wrs (they just reload every year)
Sam Howell did well 17/26 154 yds 2 TD 1 Int 98 yds rushing, almost a clone of Corrall
