Ugh...calling the media clowns. I’d be shocked if this ends well for Toney. He has about 7 bads and no rights, so far.
If he doesn’t pan out…the 2020 draft class could go down as one of the worst ever.

And the media are not clowns because? There were more articles about Toney's social media rants yesterday than anything else. They're both clowns.

In the context of having an OL that is still mediocre at best, we've burned #1 picks on Engram, Barkley and Toney all of who have given us virtually nothing. I know that JR owns Engram but DG owns the last two. What is God's name goes through a GM's mind when they evaluate needs going into a draft?

And Slater came off one of the better games for a left tackle in the game. I’m glad we drafted Toney. It solidifies how stupid we are in the front office. “He’s electrifying, can turn a short gain into a large one, very elusive.” They forgot the most important attribute. He’s a moron..

We received a 2022 first round pick to move back. Are we losing because of LT right now? I didn't even hear Solders name mentioned in all the complaints after Thursday's game. If Slater were here, we’d be what... 0-2.

One player does not win or lose a game. Well, Dexter Lawrence is really testing that theory out. But, Toney hasn’t done dick but tweet. And Slater, dominated his first start.

Problem is he seems like the type of diva that can dish it out but can’t take it. He’s also coming across as very a “unJudge” type of player which makes you wonder what kind of scouting department they have or if they even know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if Gettleman and Judge are already having some sort of regret.

And the media are not clowns because? Some of the media is clowns. But this kid is coming off as a bonafide douchebag diva without actually doing anything on an NFL field. Hell, on an NFL practice field. He could be but. I like his feistiness as it pertains to the media.

Yea so far Thomas has been good heard only gave up 2 pressures yesterday. If they could see in their crystal ball like so many here can Slater would have bee an easy pick even tho we drafted 2 tackles and a guard last year. hopefully Peart gets on the field and learns bit Thomas and Solder held it down against a really good front. It's like selling your brand new car because the new model is better even tho your gonna lose a lot of cash. Hindsight is easy I liked Slater a lot but understand why it wasn't him, I actually think he is gonna be better then all of the tackles from last year and maybe the last 5 years or so.

You’re clearly missing his point, we’d still be 0-2 with Slater so there was no point in drafting him. Just like there was no point in taking Nelson over Barkley, or taking a chance with Trey Smith over a RB in the 6th round. You didn’t know O lines were built 5 players at a time? Pretty sure we still would have sucked with Nelson, still would have sucked with Thomas and Nelson but how solid would this O line be with Nelson, Thomas, Slater, Gates and perhaps Trey Smith? Probably top 10, if not top 5 by now. Instead, we have Thomas, (Gates hurt), a few back ups, Peart/Solder aka back ups. And had we used those picks on who I suggested, we wouldn’t have Barkley, Jones (wasted 3 years of his career now if he’s even the answer), Toney, Rodarius Williams and only one 1st round draft pick (may be spent on a tackle anyways) instead of two. As a result, we could have had everyone else and drafted a QB next year who would be set up perfectly to succeed from day 1 and would be on a rookie contract for several years. This scenario isn’t hindsight, it’s common sense and you know, something our GM said he would do but didn’t “build from the inside out”.

I didn’t know the so many people here were professional football players (except one ) getting paid millions of dollars to play a game. If I were in his shoes (oh wait…) I would stay off social media and shut up my critics by my actions on the field and the sidelines. All this chump has done is run his mouth and talk shit to the coach during the middle of a game.

Someone should give that crystal ball to Gettleman. He’s been using the magic 8 ball for years now.
