Yeah.. All rational and sane fans.. Taking out a dynamic receiver to play the most difficult position because Toney has a “cannon?” He’s not Brian Mitchell, he’s paid to stretch the field and score touchdowns. If we aren’t winning with Glennon, we sure as shit aren’t winning with Toney at quarterback. Mike Glennon is our backup quarterback.. Not Toney, Cam Newton, or Jeff Hostetler. So that’s an excuse to stop trying to win? Status Quo? Old mindset. Let’s be real. This idea should be mocked and thrown into an open fire. A rookie receiver is now going to play a position he has never played based off his arm strength. If Judge even entertains this idea, he should be fired on the spot..

Toney looks pretty dynamic he can do some of the things OBJ did with the ball in his hands he was recruited as a QB so he can throw it and run it but he should stay right where he is, let him develop and let the Giants try not to $% this one up. So far now that he talking to the media he has proven to be a pretty good teammate called Jones today his brother his dog when he got hurt it hurt him and put a bigger chip on his shoulder thats what this team needs.

He played QB before…you already know this. He is not a stranger to the position. A team like ours should be breaking their ass with all possible solutions to the problem. We have used Mike Glennon. We see he is shit. We aren’t going to sign another QB, so what is another possibility? I think it is better to explore all options than to throw in the towel to a season that you could possibly sneak into a wild card spot. At this point, that’s what your looking at. To do nothing is basically a crime. Sitting back watching Glennon lose the rest of the games is a total sin. It is a waste of valuable time, especially when we got a few guys coming off the injured list soon. Why the hell wouldn’t you want to try something different while you still have only 4 losses. Sometimes you just gotta play Madden.

Um, Toney was actually a QB in HS and heavily recruited as a possible QB in college. They just liked his ability as a WR more at Florida. It's not going to happen, but he was a QB.

How Kadarius Toney's Background as a Quarterback Will Help Him in NFL When QB Country's David Morris saw a young Kadarius Toney do his thing at the Manning Passing Academy, he knew the future Giants first-round pick had a bright future ahead of him. Morris, whose Ole Miss college teammate Eli Manning ranks among his most famous clients, has also trained current Giants starter Daniel Jones, 49ers quarterback Nick Mullens, and Jacksonville quarterback Gardner Minshew, among others. But he also had the chance to train a promising young quarterback whose career path through college took a very different turn. That would be receiver Kadarius Toney, the New York Giants' first round draft pick. Not only count Toney chuck a ball deep down the field, making it look effortless, but he was also quick and fast on his feet. Morris said he saw Toney as a dual-threat on the football field and quickly became convinced that Toney was the best dual-threat quarterback to ever come out of Alabama's Mobile and Baldwin counties. www.si.com/nfl/giants/news/how-kadarius-toneys-background-as-a-quarterback-will-help-him-in-nfl

Right now the Giants need a solid WR more than a Taysom Hill. Even one that can actually throw the ball.
I could see him being used in that type of role in the future, but as we know, for the Giants the future means in the next couple of years.

Still, could be a talent a good oc could take advantage of.

I heard there’s a guy here who once played QB during a flag football game. Giants should try him out. That's pretty much how DJ became our QB.
