Can't say I disagree with anything he said.
You got a QB fresh off a concussion and you run a QB sneak with him? I'd like to hear Garrett smile his way out of that one.

Tynes said that during the reunion last week, nobody even discussed the Giants because none of the ex players care.

He's right about the lack of depth. And that they don't look like an NFL team.

Ethan Sears dabs in a bit of info here and there. More of a basketball fan imo with a dash of this and that. Here, has a little info and runs with it. The Toomer rants, Banks tears and the O’Hara’s heart breaking all for Eli helped contribute to this mess as the owner listened. We’re all sick of the losses and want to wins. Maybe Amani can call out the receivers who can’t stay healthy or the TE who never plays a complete game? Maybe the concussed QB, who doesn’t slide regardless, has somebody to throw too.

"It’s just very sad to see that this team doesn’t have the depth that they deserve, because we pay the same amount of money as everybody.” Ouch! Toomer should be careful if he's still on the Giants payroll as a media person

The team is a shit show from the owners down to the waterboy. He isn't saying anything that we already don't know. Pretty much everyone and their momma knows that this team blows.

To be fair to Garrett, I'm almost positive the decision to keep the starters in came from Judge after listening to his presser. I think Judge is trying to prevent the narrative that the "players quit on the coach" which the media likes to create during losing seasons like this. Easy to look like you are fighting for 60 minutes when you are beating up the other team's backups. not going to lie, I didn't mind watching the team rack up garbage time yards...was more exciting than the rest of the game.

With how little time it seems our starters have actually played with one another this season any work they can get is a plus unfortunately Sad as well

i don’t understand this thinking, jones either passed the concussion protocol or he didnt. Its not like a hamstring injury where he might just try and push through the pain. Everyone saying jones should of sat out another week or saying he shouldnt of done a qb sneak is just talking out of their ass.

Had I not known he was concussed the week before, I would not have suspected it. He did play a crappy game though.

My daughter (lives in charlotte) a few months ago had a concussion and her doctor (works with the Carolina Panthers) said that concussions are very tricky as they can appear to be healed and then symptoms return. She asked how long would it take to be back to normal and he said it's very hard to tell. Everyone is different. For my daughter it took her 10 weeks!! and she doesn't play QB for the NFL. She had fatigue, headaches and other symptoms. The doctor recommended her to rest and not look at a computer screen, no TV no loud noises, no driving and no bright lights. By accident she hit her head in the shower. Concussions are not clear cut injuries.

He’s not wrong about anything he said. The example he used about the Ravens with all their injuries, and players stepping up and still playing good is a real eye opener. It’s proof that our coaches suck, completely incompetent to get this team prepared for game day. Toomer said it himself, “they don’t look like they belong on the field.”

Toomer should be careful if he's still on the Giants payroll as a media person banks rips them every time he talks about players being on scholar ship he is ripping the GM. As he said it is a guy keeping guys around just because you drafted them, worst way to do business the best GMs know you miss more then you hit so it is best to move on, then let them sit on the roster wasting space and time for 4 years.

Yep. Judge did not handle Jones right this week. Concussions are dangerous and, if they occur in close proximity to each other, can be even worse. Running him on a QB sneak last week was risky. Playing him in the 4th qtr of a 38-3 game was idiotic.

I can't imagine playing NFL QB with a head injury that really may not be fully healed.

So, Judge tells the team in the locker room that we are going to "play hard for 60 minutes" and he's watching how players respond to that challenge. Meanwhile we are getting our asses kicked and he leaves our QB, 2 days out of protocol, in for the whole game. This guy is looking more and more like a mistake to me.

I would just love to see competitive NYG football. Is that to much to ask?

I made a reply to a thread earlier in regards to if we as fans can see stuff and you know ex players do as well, then I wonder if the Carl Banks, the Pat Handlons, and the Bob Papa's of the world are saying anything and wondering them damn selves as to if anyone is going to do anything and I'm talking about from up top and to make changes. I wonder if those guys talk to anyone in the org and wonder themselves what the heck is going to be done? Are things going to be shaken up? We do deserve to know that shit lol but of course they won't want to disclose that smdh.

He's right about the lack of depth. And that they don't look like an NFL team. I watched the Broncos last night and they looked like a bad team. We were non competitive with them in Game 1 before most of our injuries hit. Made me realize how far we are from being a good team ….

why is it that no matter what we do it doesn't work and we're no better, there is an answer somewhere but right now it seems nobody can find it. Unless there is a dramatic turnaround with the team it looks like its going to be back to square one and lots of job changes and new faces from top to bottom...I say this because it looks like its going to require more than having patience ..

We were non competitive with them in Game 1 before most of our injuries hit. Made me realize how far we are from being a good team …. well we did at some point in the game started to comepete decently outside of the D allowing miraculous it seemed sometimes long 3rd and 4th down conversions with TB throwing across back across his body even and before running out of bounds smdh. They made some good plays on D too just allowed those silly ass conversions but they still didn't really stop the run. That was the 1st game and fiugred there would be some rust and such and the game was decently within reach until got outta hand somewhat in the 4th and especially with that long td run. I remember bout like how the first 4 games went where we had chances to make it a game and be in the game, make game changing plays but just didn't catch an INT or somehthings. But all in all I agree we are still far off but injuries have most to do with a lot of it IMO....

The Giants look like an expansion NFL team in their first year…..right now they don’t even remotely resemble a real NFL team.
