The first time I saw that broadcast, I said "genius!"
It is the perfect way to fill all the down time with no action on the field (95% of the 3 hours)
That's a win right there and their guest are a hoot compared with the mindless platitudes and worn out jargon that rolls off the tongues of most booth guys.

I'll record P and E. I haven't watched any of them yet, so I don't want to get distracted from the game. Maybe if it goes bad early I'll switch over

I can see watching Eli and Peyton if it's a game you don't care about much, but I would never even consider watching them do a Giants game. Suprised anyone here would want to do that. It's too distracting. The game becomes a side show. Itd be like watching the game with someone talking your ear off the whole time. Now if we had the option of watching an alternate broadcast where Eli and Peyton were simply the commentators, I would definitely be watching them. It will be more entertaining than the game. Much more in fact. Unfortunately the NFL is designing the product to be this way. The game has been ruined too far and is no longer entertaining in its own right. So they have to do all these side-shows…which have now become the main event.

Watching Peyton and Eli is the way to go. Humor is the best way to watch this game so far.

Is this even a question? I cant wait to hear Eli talking about our team right now. And Peyton making fun of our team and pissing off Eli. Eli does currently work for the organization so I think they are going to have to be careful (as weak sauce as that is) with how they call this game. nah Aikman is obvious hes a cowboy homer during their games
